I stayed at Artotel Surabaya for 11 days. After breakfast, I always got my room already cleaned up and neat every single day. They provided a very comfort bed. There are various of dishes for breakfast. The staffs are excellent and kind. They took the extra mile to make sure I was known personally and get all I need. I've been stayed at many different hotels in many dofferent cities in Indonesia, but for me, Artotel Surabaya is very impressive for a 3 stars hotel. Well done guys!

I don't know how many times I've stayed at any Regantris hotel. The service is always top-notch, the rooms are spacious, and the prices are super-duper reasonable. The location is always close to the city center. The amenities are also plentiful and complete. I really love Regantris.

The staff is friendly, polite, and kind. The location is strategic. I stayed here for 2 nights with my husband and child. Overall, it was okay, but the shower head wasn't removable, making bathing my 1-year-old child a bit tricky. The bathroom exhaust fan didn't work in the room I was staying in. The TV wasn't a smart TV, so it only had about 26 channels, and the screen was blurry (the screen was blurry). I'd suggest upgrading the TV to a smart TV so it's more convenient for the kids to watch YouTube.

The hotel is nice, in the city center. The staff is also friendly. What needs improvement is the soundproofing. When the cleaning equipment carts pass by, it's very noisy and can be heard inside the room. If someone passes in front of the room, the noise can also be heard inside.

It was very comfortable staying here with my sister, the room was not cramped, clean, strategic location, kid-friendly and there were snacks from the hotel. The only minus was the food where I wanted to order it turned out it was only available Monday to Friday (I visited on the weekend). My sister was very happy. BTW the room was aesthetic and the bathroom was comfortable, the water flowed smoothly, only the toilet flush was lacking hehe but overall Okk!
