quite comfortable for that price, cold AC, water heater, clean room, cable TV. The downside is that at night it's really noisy downstairs, people hanging out laughing really loudly, not recommended for light sleepers, the water that comes out is very small, the plug is far from the bed

the staff is friendly, the atmosphere outside the homestay is comfortable, the room is comfortable, there are towels, mineral water, toothbrushes and toothpaste, the AC and TV are okay, even if the AC is not turned on it doesn't feel hot, there is no soundproofing, access to the location is easy, but it seems that there are rarely any food sellers around there, access to ICE is just walking distance.

If there are those who have booked a room in advance, please prioritize the staff. Instead of giving the room to those who come earlier. It's not fair because they have paid in full and can't get a refund and are given a room with incomplete facilities. For example, I got a room without a TV.
