The telephone number listed on the call did not even respond. Even though I've tried to call, sms, call via wa, chat via wa, no response. After arriving at the location. I was reprimanded after arriving, only to respond to my wa. And the new towels were prepared when I entered the hotel, even though I checked in at 11 pm. What have you been doing since noon?

I ordered 4 rooms and checked in at 7 pm but the rooms were not ready so we had to wait more than 30 minutes to be cleaned first (complaint to the receptionist because I brought my parents and had to wait in the cafe while the room was cleaned), the hotel staff were all friendly and helpfully. The accommodation is in accordance with the photo but about cleanliness is lacking, even though the bed linen has been replaced but there are still hairs and blood stains, in the bathroom there is a lot of hair, the floor is slippery (maybe when we waited it was just changing the sheets, not in the mop) for breakfast there is not yet available, just walk to the embed market to find breakfast. The hotel is on the edge of a pinned beach and there is a cafe, there is live music too but don't expect a clean beach, because the beach is brown hehe. Thank you riverside hotel.
