The place were great and staffs were very friendly and professionals. However improvements needed for the breakfast restaurant (including the staffs there, need more training).

There are actually many and I have emailed the Rocky Plaza hotel and also wrote suggestions to the receptionist. This is a 4-star hotel but there are rembers in the morning in my room right under the AC or next to the toilet. I don't know from the AC or seepage from the bathroom, but indeed when I take a shower the water doesn't recede quickly, aka flooding, but I don't complain because it's still receding. The mattress for this hotel is also very hard, especially since the edges really feel really hard. Very uncomfortable. Pillows are also small and no longer swell. And for the receptionist there is someone who is not polite. When I arrived tired and hot, I followed the check-in process. And asked to sign a few sheets of paper and I asked which area to smoke but the answer was 1 wrong. "just read yes" but the other 1 tells it well in this area and others. Even though I just arrived, I didn't want to check out :)

My honest review🙏 The female receptionist is not friendly, doesn't smile, maybe the one who owns the hotel, huh? But it was the guest gossips' turn to laugh (I heard the lady gossiping about a 35-year-old male imitating his guest's lip model, while telling his friends the proof of check-in/check-out). Then when I checked in, she explained up to 3 times that if I smoke a fine of 500 thousand, Ma'am, I'm not a kid who doesn't understand, there is also a paper I can read, anyways, I myself made a note that I am allergic to cigarette smoke, right in my order . For the room, it's not optimal enough to clean it, there is photo evidence, in the future I will repair room 220 at that time. Then for the ladies who made me an omelet, they are very friendly, they look good, I also say good morning to the guests. Oh yes, for the Superior room the view is a wall, don't expect more, just look for another type of room if you don't want to. Oh yes the porridge is so cold.
