It's okay, the room isn't cleaned every day, there are no toiletries for brushing your teeth, suggestions for drinking water are placed in the inner corridor, I'm in room 18, the wire mattress needs to be repaired (it hurts my feet), there's a puddle in the bathroom, it looks like it's leaking, making it slippery, thank you

Excellent, highly recommended. The hotel is clean, comfortable, safe, and very close to Malioboro. The hotel is directly in front of Malioboro Street, so you can stroll there every night.

The location is very strategic. The price is pocket-friendly. The room is comfortable and clean. The only downside is that the room is on the first floor, where the ground floor houses a souvenir shop. You have to climb the stairs first. The stairs are really steep, especially for those with small children.

The hotel staff were not very friendly, they were not quick to help carry things which were very difficult to access because they had to climb small stairs, the information given by the hotel staff was confusing.

The room is quite clean and quite comfortable. However, there are no toiletries such as toothbrushes and toothpaste, and drinking water must be obtained by yourself at the front desk. The most inconvenient thing is access to the room—there is no elevator, and guests must carry their own suitcases through very narrow stairs to the 3rd floor. This is quite inconvenient, especially for guests with a lot of luggage or the elderly.
