The staff was friendly and helpful, I was check out early in the morning and I find 1 guy was in the reception, he was helping me a lot with the transportation to go to airport. the room was good and not so much noise so was perfect to had a good rest for those who has long trip

It was a very bad experience, this is the fitst time stay at the hotel, I arrived at noon after long flight, I will take one night at Balikpapan before continue to next travel. I got room 107, at the corner, I asked to get the room closed to door or lift, but I can't get it. Room 107, the floor was dusty, maybe never been cleaned up, and the toilet was stuck, my wife has to used public toliet, and when I checked out, the room girls said and report through radio, peanut snack and drinking water was empty, even both are non available since I enter the room. My first and last book to this hotel again. Take care for traveller to this hotel.

The bed including the pillow case and bed cover was very dirty, it looks like it hasn't been changed since the previous guest. So very uncomfortable!
