It could be better, at least with a king-sized coil with tight springs so it doesn't hurt to sleep. - Many of the wall paint and wood accents are peeling. - The TV broadcast is blurry or unclear, even though you can buy a Smart TV at a relatively affordable price these days. And what really bothered me was when checking out. In the lobby, there were three counters. Two were serving guests, and one was empty. I asked the staff to check out at the empty counter. Unfortunately, I was immediately refused, saying, "You can check out at the counter next to the check-out counter because I've already closed." I thought maybe the receptionist was on the night shift or something, but it was a bit odd from a hospitality standpoint. 1. Turning away guests 2. Not even asking for their room number. 3. They didn't check if I had a bill. 4. I told them my room was "No Post," which means there was no bill because my room was prepaid, but they didn't check either. 5. I waited over 20 minutes to check out because I had to queue with walk-ins, even though the staff wouldn't have served me for more than 10 seconds. The staff was very friendly, polite, and always smiling. The room was comfortable and large enough for the price.
