Totally stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel is very spacious, so spacious that I was confused when I first arrived hahaha.. for the breakfast menu there are variations, but the menu is the same every day, only different spices, sometimes there are friendly staff, some are grumpy and forced faces hahaha, it's better to just lose the room phone haha, because it's useless, call reception, just want to ask, no one answers, have to chat via WhatsApp to get a response.. it's quite pleasant, because in front of the hotel is complete, Indomaret, lots of street food places, ample parking, the hotel is comfortable, but if it's a different tower, it's a bit far if you want to have breakfast hahaha Cabanas type room with a direct view of the swimming pool, really top, the atmosphere is peaceful at night..

Luckily, the replacement service was fast, even though the information was wrong. I clearly asked for a replacement pillow that was super hard, but the person who came brought a replacement pillowcase, which is irrelevant. Yesterday I was in room 2222.

Very clean. There was no dirt in the room at all. The mattress and pillows were clean. The bathroom was spotless, right down to the smallest corners. The hotel is very well-maintained, even for the rarely used facilities. The impression of an old hotel is immediately gone. The restaurant has delicious food. There are two children's pools. They're clean. The adult pool is also clean. There's a children's playground, a tennis court, a ping-pong table, and a mini-football field. The coffee at the pool bar is also delicious.

The staff was very friendly, polite, and always smiling. The room was comfortable and large enough for the price. The hotel seems to be quite old and has some maintenance issues, but the room and bathroom were quite clean. Hot water was also available. Since we were only staying overnight for transit, we didn't have much time to enjoy the amenities. We did leave some belongings behind, and they kept them for us. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay at this hotel.

The service here is very disappointing, starting from the complicated check-in, on the first day we had breakfast and asked for hot water but it was not served, there was no handicap in the bathroom, no response when we called via the room phone, we asked to go to the lobby and then they sent us a bath towel, on the second day because we checked out at 5.15 am and ordered breakfast to take away, there was no one at the reception until 5.30 am, hopefully in the future the human resources will be improved, it is very unfortunate for a hotel management like Sahid

Although the building is old, it's still quite good and the price is quite affordable. There are many better hotels than this one. However, there are many things that need to be improved, especially the cleanliness of the toilet and shower. - The bed is not firm and rickety. - The mattress is not comfortable. It could be better, at least with a king-sized coil with tight springs so it doesn't hurt to sleep. - Many of the wall paint and wood accents are peeling. - The TV broadcast is blurry or unclear, even though you can buy a Smart TV at a relatively affordable price these days. And what really bothered me was when checking out. In the lobby, there were three counters. Two were serving guests, and one was empty. I asked the staff to check out at the empty counter. Unfortunately, I was immediately refused, saying, "You can check out at the counter next to the check-out counter because I've already closed." I thought maybe the receptionist was on the night shift or something, but it was a bit odd from a hospitality standpoint. 1. Turning away guests 2. Not even asking for their room number. 3. They didn't check if I had a bill. 4. I told them my room was "No Post," which means there was no bill because my room was prepaid, but they didn't check either. 5. I waited over 20 minutes to check out because I had to queue with walk-ins, even though the staff wouldn't have served me for more than 10 seconds. Please, the receptionists, please have a more hospitality mindset. Double-check, at least ask for the room number to check the system, don't just refuse people checking out. Thank you.
