Only one room card was issued, claiming a limited number of cards. The receptionist spent 15 minutes in the restroom, claiming she had a stomach ache. When we called the receptionist to ask for something, there was no response because no one was on standby. Two other hotel staff members were present, and we saw them sitting and playing games. We requested that the room be swept and mopped, but because the prayer room was being used for prayer, and the floor was sticky and unclean, the staff only swept the floor and swept the trash without using a dustpan. The service was not commensurate with the price.

Friendly staff, but the interior of the Duluxe triple room needs updating and lacks a view, and there's no information on the app. The food is still lacking in variety. Perhaps there could be more variety, with sweet and spicy options.

The hotel is nice, the service is friendly, the parking lot is spacious, the rooms are clean, the amenities are complete, unfortunately the pool is dirty, please clean it more often, my body and my friends' bodies were itchy after swimming.

staff were friendly, especially the man in the dining area. wifi was good. room had mould on the ceiling and there was a large crack in the glass door to the balcony. the bathroom was in poor repair. it looks like the ceiling has had a new ceiling put in but not completed. water pressure was poor. a large amount of corrosion was present on the shower head along with some make shift repairs with a cable tie.

got a room with a balcony. sea view. very beautiful. direct access to the beach from the swimming pool there are stairs down. mineral water is available, no need to worry about thirst clean and comfortable room delicious and affordable restaurant menu, no hassle if you are hungry varied breakfast menu. really like the fried chicken.
