Surprisingly the rooms are really good, spacious and quite aesthetic, beyond my expectations because the price is really affordable. The amenities turned out to be really wow, got an electric cable, electric kettle, soap, shampoo, toothbrush + toothpaste, towel, coffee (nescafe), tea (tong tji), sugar (gulaku). The TV is also a smart TV so you can watch Netflix and others. The point is, this room is really worth the prize, no complaints ✨ in the lobby they also sell pop noodles and some soft drinks if you're too lazy to go out or forget to buy them

The service starting from booking confirmation via Whatsapp after booking a room was quite responsive and friendly, during check-in too, until when complaining that the hexos toilet felt hot and was immediately fixed, until check-out, the room & toilet were clean, the room was quite spacious, the location was quite strategic close to everywhere.

Good service, large room, strategic location, for facilities and cleanliness it is still worth the price but can be maximized because the AC is not cold, the WiFi often disconnects, and the floor cleanliness is not good and the room does not smell good.

Got a twin bed room which was quite spacious, the bathroom was also quite wide, there was a glass barrier between the toilet and shower. The lights were bright. The TV worked well.

This is actually a nice hotel, right in the middle of Malang city. The rooms are also nice. It's a shame that you can't have a late checkout. After checkout time, the new room rate is calculated. Hopefully there will be a new policy later.

Booked 2 rooms, 1 was a dud, the room size & bathroom were smaller, the window was only on top very small, close to the elevator and stairs which automatically made it very noisy because the room was not soundproof. Often heard mice on the ceiling, footsteps and even people running in the hotel hallway, & the annoying elevator sound. But the other room was bigger, there was a large window facing the front, the bathroom was bigger. I had requested for a connecting room / at least the rooms were next to each other but instead I was given a room that was far away with a different size & was not confirmed from the start. Honestly, I was very disappointed because it was unfair, noisy, even though the room smelled really good & was still relatively comfortable.

The location is close to the city center, so there are many culinary places around the hotel, it has Android TV, what's unique is that the bathroom is separate for bathing and defecating, it doesn't provide breakfast
