I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is very convenient, very close to AEON Mall, with plenty of places to eat nearby. The booking staff were especially kind and helpful, and everyone I encountered, including the security staff, was consistently friendly and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and I had no complaints at all during my stay. I had a genuinely pleasant time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended if you’re visiting AEON Mall, ICE BSD, or anywhere around the BSD area.

There was a 17th-anniversary party that disrupted our rest time, and the staff didn't inform us about the event, which was a bit annoying. The room's air conditioning was hot. We waited for it to cool down, but it remained hot until we checked out.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I couldn't sleep because the room wasn't soundproof, and it faced the main road, making it very distracting from the sound of motorbikes and cars. The sheets, blanket, and bedcover were dirty, stained with strange stains, and the room smelled strange.
