We have stayed at this hotel many times but this time the quality has declined, especially the cleanliness and room facilities, some of which are starting to be damaged.

There is no elevator, so it is difficult to lift things to the second floor room. The area around the edge of the swimming pool is very slippery, the path is mossy, making it easy for people to slip. The water drain in the bathroom was blocked, and the ceiling fell down. Before renting, it is better to check the condition of the room and its surroundings first 🙏🙏🙏

Got a price of 1 million without breakfast during the Eid holiday, it doesn't seem worth it. The toilet, the room's wifi is disrupted, the TV has ants, tea, coffee and sugar are not provided in the room, the only plus point is the swimming pool.

friendly staff, comfortable family rooms are safe even though the distance is quite far from the center of Yogyakarta, but for tourists who want to avoid the traffic jams of the red lights in Yogyakarta, Sartini Inn Hotel is the right choice, the only downside is the condition of the hotel is the bathroom door is plain clear glass, maybe it can be stickered, and maybe spoons and plates can be provided, for the rest, Yogyakarta is the best, God willing, I and my family will return, and if I am given the fortune, I can have assets in Yogyakarta, I am from Sulawesi, but Yogyakarta seems to be a place for my old age dreams...amen amen amen

note; for the floor near the swimming pool, it needs to be brushed because it is slippery and mossy, dangerous for those passing by, thank you🙏

Spacious parking lot, once you enter the lobby is very spacious and you can really feel the nuances of Jogja, the rooms are spacious and clean, the KM is clean, the amenities are complete and clean, the swimming pool is quite spacious and can accommodate all groups, the staff is very friendly, the atmosphere at night is very aesthetic (forgot to take a photo at night)..very suitable for bringing family, the location of the hotel is close to the main road, close to kmn2, easy access... recommended 👍👍 oh yeah, unfortunately when I came here the restaurant was closed so I couldn't review the food.

friendly staff, the hotel is suitable for staying with family besides the spacious rooms, the swimming pool is also suitable for all ages. the only unfortunate thing is that the hot water facility cannot be used during rainy weather, so if you bring small children it is troublesome when taking a bath, because the water is cold.

The staff is very friendly and patient, the room condition is clean, it's just that there are some parts of the bathroom that are lacking, hot water and toiletries are available and okay, there is a trash can and the air conditioner works well. but there is paper waste left and not thrown away and trash under the bed. the side of the bed near the window is also dusty. maybe when cleaning it is not reachable. the TV remote is broken, it is difficult to change TV channels. But overall the room and swimming pool are clean 👍🏻👍🏻

For app information, it's better if the price doesn't have a promo according to the existing specs and pictures. Instead of booking. The price turns out to be very different from the facilities or photos. So be more honest. It would be fairer.

The hotel is nice and clean and cheap for a family room, the staff is also friendly. But maybe it was bad luck, there was a bit of horror, previously our family had been sleeping, but at 2 at night suddenly my child knocked on the bedroom door and we were all shocked, my child suddenly woke up and was already outside the room. When asked why he was outside the room, he didn't know why he was outside the room.
