10 out of 10 stars. Our experience staying here was very pleasant. Starting from the check-in process to check-out, Mas Mirwan kindly assisted us, and explained the facilities that we could use. The room we occupied was clean and tidy, the facilities functioned well, and parking was adequate. In addition, the location is strategic and close to everywhere. The surrounding environment is also comfortable and not too noisy. * Apartment Unit: The unit we occupied was super clean, neat, and very well maintained. The interior design is modern, cozy, and functional. The facilities in the unit are very complete: a kitchenette with basic equipment (stove, refrigerator, microwave) is very helpful, fast and stable WiFi, cold AC, Smart TV, and a soft mattress guarantee a good night's sleep. The room feels spacious. * Building Facilities: Shared facilities such as the swimming pool are also clean and pleasant to use. Building security feels good. * Service (Kozystay): The check-in and check-out process is very smooth and easy (often digital), clear instructions. The Kozystay team is responsive if there are questions. * Value: The price offered is very commensurate with the quality, comfort, and complete facilities obtained. Overall, highly recommended for a family staycation or business trip in Bandung. Will definitely consider staying here again!

There are no signs or signs on the side of the road, so first-time visitors will be confused about where to find it. The staff is very friendly but not very responsive (they weren't at the reception when we arrived, they only moved after we were approached at their hangout spot). After waiting a long time in the room, our luggage wasn't delivered, so we ended up going back down to get our luggage (even though we initially intended to bring it ourselves, but the staff stopped us and said it would be delivered to our room). FYI, there was only one staff member when we arrived (at night), even though there were a lot of guests checking in at that time, so the staff was overwhelmed. Suggestions for improvement: Increase the number of staff at night, the same as in the morning (2 people) to avoid a buildup of guests during check-in and avoid carelessness (forgetting to deliver guests' luggage). The facilities are very complete, everything is available, the rooms are also nice and clean, the check-in process is a bit complicated because it is self-service (especially if you are in a hurry), the check-out process is very easy, overall it is quite good👌

Got a discount during Traveloka epic sale. Very worth it. Starting from the location, complete apartment facilities: kitchen and equipment, washing machine and laundry soap, trash bags, soap refills, Netflix, Uno stacko. Building facilities include a swimming pool, gym, sauna and clean.

It was really satisfying to stay here. It really helps that there is a washing machine, so when you are on vacation you can not bring a lot of dirty clothes. The location is strategic, near the inn, just a short walk there are already many food stalls. Just a short walk and you will reach Braga. Add a mop in the bathroom, because it gets wet quickly. Everything is really satisfying here.

Strategic location, close to everywhere. Clean unit. All kitchen equipment is complete, there is a washing machine. There was something left behind when checking out that we didn't know about, but the receptionist informed and kept it. The rooftop swimming pool has the best view. Highly recommended 👍🏻

My first experience staying at an aparthotel in Bandung, turned out to be very satisfying. The unit at Savya is very spacious, well-arranged, and access from the 2 BR unit room that I occupied is very easy to the vehicle parking in the basement equipped with the latest technology. The unit is very clean & comfortable, and if there are questions or need help, there is always Mr. Mirwan's staff who is ready to serve. After checking out, my shoes that were left behind in the Savya lobby area were successfully found by Mr. Mirwan & team, and even sent directly to my family's home address in Bandung. Extraordinary extra mile service.
