Addressing these details would significantly enhance the overall guest perception and bring the room standards fully in line with the resort’s stunning setting and high service quality. The staff is very friendly, but the room space is very small, not recommended for 2 adults and 1 kid even with an extra bed. The ambiance is extraordinary, beach front so amazing, and the background is Mount Agung.

A resort with stunning views. It overlooks the ocean and features Mount Agung in the backdrop. It's perfect for spending time with family and taking lots of photos.

The staff was friendly and honest. I misplaced my wallet, and the lady helped me find it. It was in the cupboard near the safe. I felt relieved and happy. Thank you, lady. I'll come back again.

Good place to visit. The ambiance [is] like Hawaii with the field, coconut tree, the pool, and also the ocean. The best time is sunrise in the morning.

It was a great stay! The staff were nice and friendly and very accommodating too! We arrived a little early and thankfully our room was ready. They dont serve room service during lunch time but they were kind enough to let us freshen up first and call us once the food was ready. At first, we were skeptical about the food, but as it turns out, it was very very good! We ended up having dinner at the hotel. The cleanliness was fine since it was windy almost all day, and we already expect some debris, so it was fine. However, during the night, all of the light in the garden was turned off, so we cant hanging by the beach. it was dark. But overall, it was a very pleasant stay for a short escape.

It's perfect for relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of the world. The place is cool but very far away😭

The staff is super friendly 🩷. Arrived there early at 1 am even though check in time was 3, but was allowed to check in because the room was ready, got a welcome drink, the place is cool, very suitable for recovering from fatigue, breakfast has several menus, I chose fried rice, it was delicious. The dinner menu is also extensive, the food is all fresh & delicious. The best, will come here again 🩷.

The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is comfortable and peaceful, away from the crowds. The garden is spacious and offers a beach view.

Very pleasant stay at this resort. Plus, the owner have cat that can raise & squeze his hand hahaha. Can’t wait to be back here & meet him again. The bathroom was huge & clean. Maybe they should maintain the cleanliness of the curtains, bcs many dust & spider web in there.

This resort offers a beautiful view and stunning views, flanked by the sea and mountains. It's perfect for a family staycation or honeymoon. I stayed in a beachfront room, which was very spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, given the resort's relatively high price, the breakfast menu is limited, and the portions are quite limited. Even my children under 5 years old weren't included in the à la carte breakfast. Breakfast aside, I had no complaints, and I even had some warm moments with my family during my stay.

The lace in the room is very dirty, the top is full of dirt and dust. The outside is nice.

The place and the view are undeniable, especially during sunrise, it's absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately, it's a bit far from the city, about a 3-4 hour drive through the mountains. It's a shame because I'm Muslim, but the restaurant has a pork menu, even though they say all the cooking utensils and cutlery are washed immediately after cooking the pork menu, but I prefer to avoid it, so it's better to bring food supplies to eat at the hotel.

This is one of the best villas I’ve ever stayed in. Love the villa, the pool, the scenery, everything is perfect!

Heaven in East Bali😍, even though the sunset isn't full, the afternoon light is incredibly beautiful here🥹. Sunrise? No doubt, it's absolutely gorgeous😍 If you're lucky, you'll even get a view of Mount Agung😍.

The view is very beautiful and the staff is friendly but the room is a bit dirty, the bedside lamp is rusty, the bed cover is torn, and for that price I don't think it's worth it, especially since there's no minibar, it's a shame.
