Ekspektasi liat reviewnya. Plus harga kamarnya aku pikir bakalan worth it. Tp yah coba liat sndiri aja kaya gini. Plus yang bawa mobil apalagi ukuran gede mungkin akan kesusahan parkir.(padahal mobilku aja kecil banget yari*) karena ini lingkungan perumahan ternyata dia cuma sediain parkiran bawah gedung yang kecil banget. Waktu udah sampai guesthouse mau parkir, ga muat. Akhirnya parkir di depan guesthouse. Di bilang suruh pindahin karena ngalangin jalan gang katanya. Kondisi sudah waktu istirahat. Wajar gak sih kalo buka penginapan di pikirin juga yang bawa kendaraan ada berapa sesuai kapasitas kamarnya ada berapa. Minimal bisa muat berapa mobil dan motor itu garasi. Kalo gini, gak bisa berkata-berkata lagi. Bisa di nilai sendiri aja. Harga hampir 400. Ga dapet waterheater, parkiran sangat terbatas, kamar ceilingnya sangat rendah. Mau nonton TV juga terbatas stasiun TV nya. Bahkan mau nonton TV lokal aja. Kaya Mentari TV buat anak-anak ga ada. Lantai kamarnya ini gak tau kotor atau gaknya karena jenis lantainya sama persis dengan yang di koridor. Jadi waktu mau shalat. Harus dialasin sesuatu dulu. Makasih untuk pengalamannya.

Enak & bersih, tapi mungkin SOP ke karyawan harus dibenahi. By WA sudah dapat info harga sekian, tiba-tiba pagi-pagi harga berubah jauh. Dengan alasan karena sisa kamar hanya 3. Padahal saya ssh konfirmasi semalam dan tetap yang disalahkan customer 'kenapa ga langsung bayar' katanya. Saya sebagai customer seharusnya diberitahu rules management dong, bukan saya komplain karena merasa sudah gentleman agreement dan di salahkan kenapa ga langsung bayar. Alangkah baiknya yang memeang WA nya memberikan edukasi kepada tamu bilang lah 'ibu, kalau mau harga segitu baiknya bayar sekarang. Karena harga bisa berubah-berubah terus tiap jam'. Saya ga jadi extend bukan karena harga, tapi karena ngerasa dibohongin aja, dan dari managernya juga tetap diharga terbaru. Agak kecewa sih, karena kebodohan karyawan kita yang kena, kapok

Awalnya ngira kayak hotel seperti biasanya, taunya gabung sama kos-kosan khusus cewek. Tapi so far bagus dan nyaman sih, bersih sama wangi juga walau air panasnya gak fungsi sama AC nya kurang dingin.

I booked two standard rooms. With that price, I really enjoyed staying at this Nine House hotel. Because the facilities make it comfortable. Clean and comfortable hotel. The sheets and pillows are clean and smell good. Good breakfast, although only one menu. The bathroom and towels are also clean and smell good. Hotel staff are friendly and fast response. But it should be added personnel. So that one person does not hold several tasks. The hotel is really recommended. God willing, next time I want to stay here again.
