I had a good experience staying at this hotel. This hotel was beyond my expectation. The location is a bit far from city centre, which is good for me. The facilities are really good. Comfortable, my best experience for several times to Bali, this hotel is very comfortable, clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is in accordance with the picture, there is cooking equipment, there is a DVD player and also a bluetooth player, the main thing is complete. Clean bathroom, safe hot water. had informed the hotel well in advance before check-in to please ensure the room was clean. However, upon arrival, the bedsheet and bedcover were full of dust. It was also obvious that the building is old and poorly maintained. It’s a shame, because the hotel could actually feel very comfortable if the cleanliness and upkeep were taken seriously. Honestly, this will be my last stay here due to such a disappointing experience.

We had informed the hotel well in advance to ensure the room would be prepared properly, including having fresh and clean bed linens. However, upon our arrival, the bedsheets were dusty to the point that my allergy immediately flared up, which indicates the dust level was quite severe. Additionally, the shower faucet wasn’t working, and we had to move to another room. The bedsheets in the second room also caused itching, which convinced us that the linens were not replaced. The hotel actually has a very nice atmosphere, but unfortunately the building feels old and poorly maintained. We hope cleanliness and maintenance can be improved in the future.

The hotel is quite quiet. There's a balcony and a terrace, but smoking isn't permitted. Smoking is permitted only outside the lobby. Oddly, smoking is prohibited, but the rooms have kitchenettes. The question is: Does the room smell good when cooking or simply heating food?

This hotel is actually good, the building is new, the location is okay, but the maintenance is lacking, when I arrived the room smelled of dust, mold, as a result I opened all the windows and doors, I swept it myself, I wiped everything full of dust and spider webs, under the bed was also full of dust, sleeping became uncomfortable, I also bought my own camphor to remove the mold smell in the room. the furniture was already a bit dirty.

Super happy to stay here! Glad I chose this hotel because it was an incredible stay! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, it really felt like home. The hotel was very quiet, loved it! Overall, I would stay here again for sure!

It was my first experience staying in Bali with such unprofessional staffs and hotel management! From the first time arriving at the hotel, no one was greeting us properly, the staffs and their manager was having a meeting in the lobby, and just starring at us asking what are we doing?-so strange! They have too many regulations on the hotel premises. I don't get why we can't vaping on the hotel balcony to be honest because it was outdoor and part of the our rooms. But still acceptable if they provide us with a good clean smoking area, which in this case NOT. The designated smoking area consist with 2 chairs and 1 dirty table. The hotel staffs smoke also in this area and keeping the table dirty with their cigarette ashes! One night, some staffs sits with a guest and drinking alcohol together. I never saw something like this in other hotels anywhere 😂 See how unprofessional the staffs! When we want to check out, they are making things up saying we lost 1 tablespoon and want to charge us from our deposits (we should deposits 200.000 rupiah per room during checking in). And in the end the spoon was not lost, my personal assistant went back to the room and point that the spoon was in the sink! We will never returning to this hotel!

I stay here for 2 nights. They have nice pool. But the hotel looks old. For bedrooms not very clean I think. The kitchen too. The room light is too low. I hope this hotel makes some massive makeover for the room and it will be the best again.

At first my husband was a bit skeptical about this hotel because I booked online from Australia. But while we were in Bali we changed hotels, Seminyak Lagoon was the best one and even my husband wanted to go back to this hotel on our last day in Bali but it was too tight so we couldn't. Nice, cozy, humble staff, just okay and not expensive for sure! We will come back and stay there for sure 😘.

There is no smoking area on the terrace of the room facing the pool, even though people want to relax there. The smoking area is near the car park, and even then there are only 2 chairs and 2 tables, not like before where you could smoke on the terrace. Asked for free late C/O at 13 o'clock but was not given, even though the hotel was quiet. Ask for extra pillows, you will be charged 25k. It's all money. Won't staycation here again. Tengs. It is enough just to know.
