Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the floors. Receptionists, please don't lie if there are still vacancies on the second floor, don't say it's full. I was placed on the third floor even though there was a baby who needed hot water from time to time (there was no heater in the room). The dispenser was only on the second floor.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and clean. Unfortunately, Netflix was having issues at the time. Although the location is a bit far from the city center, it's still okay, as there are several food courts and a convenience store on the first floor. Overall, it's a good place to stay for a comfortable stay.

Plus: location nearby Rustic Market Araya Garden, free and plenty car parking, fast Wifi speed, friendly staff, hot water shower, smart TV, drinking water dispenser, mini market and mini restaurants nearby. Minus: room ambience quite dark, cramped small bathroom / toilet, general hotel cleanliness is quite dirty, no table for mini coffee / tea bar in the room, limited facilities (can only rent electric tricycle, no table tennis, no pool table).

At that time I checked in late night, at 11 pm. I had called for information if I was late and was informed that if it was past 11 pm, security would help me. When I got there, it turned out that the lady was waiting for me. Thank you to the staff, even though it was very late, they were still friendly and served me. I was also surprised when the road to the hotel turned out to be quite far, the concept is like being in the middle of a golf course. Oh yes, the car park is in front of the hotel yard, the lighting could be added. Overall, the 2-night stay was comfortable
