The food was good. The floating beakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean, beautiful hotel. Great location. Next to a lot of shops and restaurant. Nice pools. Very nice staff! The only con was the construction during our stay was a little noisy and the spa was not a great experience. It wasn't a relaxation massage for either of us, and it's simply a lack of experience and technique from the staff. Otherwise, I would stay here again!

I was satisfied with the room. It was private, cozy, had 2 pools, and the breakfast buffet was incredibly delicious and varied for a 4-star hotel (both Western and local). Nice 🤩🤩🤩👍🏻👍🏻 My only regret was that when I checked out, I brought a fairly heavy travel bag and a carry-on bag, and I was going up stairs/uphill. The hotel staff in the lobby were unhelpful, just staring at me. 🥺

I'm not hoping much when I booked the hotel. Nicely surprised that it exceeded my expectations. They have TWO pools, nicely equipped gym (serious free weights range), nice balcony. And they provide friendly travel services as well. I'd rebook the hotel if I ever found myself in Kuta Mandalika area again.

Our comfort was disturbed by the blackout of clean water access to the bathroom when the Maghrib call to prayer was approaching, so we could not take a shower and perform ablution. The Engineering officer came after we called the front office 3 times. After the repair, the water that came out was dirty and cloudy so we were still uncomfortable and had to wait until the Isha call to prayer for the clean water to flow again. Clean water was finally available again, I thanked the officer. What was unexpected was that there was a voice that said we were hotel customers who were curt via Handi Talkie (HT) brought by the Engineering officer. I did not expect the way the Hotel officer treated his guests who really needed clean water afterwards.

The experience of being accompanied chatting at the pool bar with the staff Fajri was very pleasant, friendly, informative. Thank you side Fajri. The room is quite ok, the only drawback is the toilet door is not full so if you poop the smell is fragrant and fragrant throughout the room. Overall ok, to Sima again if you go to Lombok. I stayed here while waiting for the plane home. All restaurants are on the right and left, no need to worry if you want to find food. I took the deluxe ultimate room, there was no problem at all with the room. The room was actually good, a modern room type. In fact, the deluxe type is the newest type and is in a new building. However, this deluxe type, you need to walk quite far because it is in the end building. The problem is not with me, but my parents. Breakfast changes and is quite complete. Had time to order food to eat in the room, it was also delicious, I ordered oxtail soup. My family and I were quite happy to stay here. Has 2 swimming pools and there is also one for children. I would recommend the Sima Hotel, the deluxe ultimate room for anyone who wants to stay in the Mandalika area.

I booked 2 rooms, 1 of which had AC not cold at all. The sheets were not clean, like there was a lot of sand on the bed, even on the 2nd day after being cleaned by room service, there was no difference, it still felt sandy. The staff was friendly, could check in faster, maybe when I stayed there were many empty rooms. Strategic location, not far from the airport. There are many restaurants around but most of the menus are for foreigners, it's hard to find local food, because in Kuta the majority of tourists are foreigners not local tourists, luckily I booked a room with breakfast.
