I really enjoyed staying in the bungalow. The room was spacious and clean, and the temperature was cool even without air conditioning. Hot water was always available. Absolutely the best. I'll be back again next time.

I stayed here for work in the Ciater area. The hotel is old but still comfortable, clean, and affordable. Even without air conditioning, it's quite cool because the area is cold. The area is spacious, with a restaurant and an outbound area. It's perfect for family gatherings. The service is friendly and fast. Recommended for a staycation to get some fresh air. It's close to Tangkuban Perahu, Sari Ater Water Park, and D' Castello. There are also many cafes nearby with views of the pine forest.

Overall, it was pleasant. The rooms and equipment were clean and fragrant. The facilities were quite complete. The kids had time to play ATV and paintball and airsoft shooters. The only downside was the breakfast menu, which didn't have much variety.

Plus: Villa is spacious, weather nice, location is good, lunch at restaurant with normal price (Common and not too. Expensive), smart TV and fast wifi. Minus: old room, many insects (ants, flies), hardly can sleep due to noise from street, sound of motor sport and few noisy motorcycles very disturbing. Breakfast variety is poor with coffee machine broke/not working. Bathroom shower take longer for hot water and sprayer already not work perfectly.

I only stayed for one night because I wanted to go to Lembang zoo, and it was already night time, the bathroom was checked by the officer who escorted me before entering, the hot water was said to be okay, but it turned out the drain was clogged, the shower water was small, the bathroom was flooded, the bathroom door couldn't be locked, I wanted to complain because it was already night and I was tired, in the morning the hot water didn't come out, even though the water was very cold 🤪 I wanted to check out in front of the receptionist and there were many other guest cars parked in a mess, there were officers but they let them be, my experience of staying here was complete 😆 I suggest that before giving it to guests, it's better to check all the facilities considering the price is also not cheap, thank you.

Overall good. It's just that things in the room need to be rejuvenated, such as the shower, bed cover (because the bed cover where I was staying was yellow), the hot water still took too long to heat up (even though the weather was very cold).

The hotel concept is bungalows, comfortable, clean rooms. I took the deluxe one for a million. Just a suggestion, for a price of one million there should be swimming pool facilities, a good playground for children and a wider variety of breakfast. Yesterday breakfast didn't include cake and Koko krunch for the little ones.
