Sorry, we're truly disappointed. If it's not suitable, don't give it to customers. The room we checked into was damp, as if it hadn't been used in a long time, dirty, and itchy. There were no towels at all, and the bathroom wasn't very clean. Think twice about coming here; for that price, at least maintain the cleanliness and suitability of the place.

Access from the parking lot to the hotel was very complicated, the room was also very bad, the blanket I got was very thin, there were no towels, no bath mat, no toiletries, the bathroom door was broken.

Bad experience for the price on a fairly high weekend, AC leaked, TV had no antenna, 1 towel (with 2 guests), small water, very poor room cleanliness, no wardrobe, hangers. I'm wrong I haven't seen the review before booking this hotel.

The parking location to the lobby does not have quick access such as lifts or stairs, purely by car. Security also works reluctantly, it's only useful for opening and closing doors. Very unsatisfactory service. There is only 1 elevator, it is also small, to take turns hundreds of people going up and down, you can wait 1 hour to go up and down. No towels, no TV channels at all. Anyway gave up and will never come back to this place again.

Pelayanan kurang memuaskan, dimulai dari satpam yang ditanya ogah-ogahan jawab, kamar ada kecoa tandanya kurang bersih, tidak ada selimut yang memadai. Minimal dengan harga 400 ribu bersih, tapi ini sangat buruk. Tidak ada handuk. Mau masuk kamar saja ngantri setengah jam, lagi banyak pasangan-pasangan muda bergantian untuk naik ke atas. Sangat tidak nyaman dan memberikan pengalaman yang buruk untuk pertamakali menginap di sini. Maaf berkata jujur.

Already checked with the staff before checking in, they said apple to apple is the same as in the application image, when you enter it looks like a warehouse and a dirty cage, dust, minimal access, also difficult to cancel, we can't finally move to the hotel.
