Bad experience. Pertama sampe bingung mau ke mana karena ada beberapa tower, terus tanya satpam di tower A tentang bookingan di aplikasi ini. Satpam bilang ini bookingnya, terus kita disuruh samperin yang ada di ruko-ruko komplek apart tersebut. Terus udah samperin kita dikasih kunci tower dan nomor kamar, KTP ditahan. Setelah parkir motor kita ke lobby tower A ada satpam di sana, KTP di tahan lagi (?) Menurut saya gak jelas ya kenapa di tahan lagi padahal td udah ditahan juga. Lalu kita naik ke lantai dan nomor kamar yang diberikan, setelah masuk lift, lift nya bau muntahan dan lantai sangat kotor. Sesampai di kamar kaget banget karena gak sesuai dengan foto display nya. Lantai kamar banyak semut hitam, AC tidak dingin dan kita malas komplain karena tempat resepsionis nya jauh dan beda gedung. Ranjangnya juga gaenak banget kayak gerak dikit tuh semua goyang tapi ini gapapa deh maklum harga murah. Untuk parkir motor di bawah 8 jam harus bayar sendiri, kalau udah 8 jam ke atas baru bisa minta stempel ke resepsionis yang di ruko beda gedung tadi. Ada TV tapi channel nya semua buram, dikasih handuk 2 dan peralatan mandi mini, ada free 2 botol minum cleo juga. Yang terakhir, air lantai kamar mandi menggenang. Lantainya datar banget jadi air tuh gak mengarah ke bolongan untuk air itu jadi airnya kalau mandi tuh menggenang kayak banjir gitu, gaenak banget. Mungkin satu-satunya yang bagus adalah ada balkon, karena bisa melihat sunrise dari balkon tersebut, cantik.
