Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by a male FO wearing a black hat, who explained some of the facilities. There was still a lot of hair in the bathroom, and the duvet hadn't been replaced. Luckily, the FO guy was super friendly and helpful.

Choose a room with a terrace. Overall, it's nice and clean. Suggestion: Please improve the Wi-Fi connection on the first floor, as it's a bit slow. Cell phone reception is also a bit weak on the first floor.
