For the room it was very dirty, there was no TV, there was also no AC remote, the place was quiet in horror, there were no blankets either, the bathroom was dirty, the employees weren't friendly either, asked for blankets he said there weren't any for the 3rd floor, even though the price was that much for the area Jogja can get a lot more comfortable ones. A little story too when sleeping like someone is disturbing it so it's uncomfortable. Please the hotel can improve its service again so that customers can be satisfied and comfortable.

The mattress is dirty, the pillows don't use bed linen, the bathroom is leaking and dirty, the AC has no remote, the TV is not there, the staff is not friendly, complaints about facilities like that are answered, the names are also cheap.

Sangat menyesall pernah nginap di sini, tidak sesuai ekspektasi, kamarnya jorok sekali apalagi tempat tidurnya, atap kamar mandinya bocor, gambar dan realita tidak sama dengan yang ditampilkan di aplikasi dengan alasan belum diupdate hanya untuk mencari keuntungan 😡 merasa tertipu sekali!

Plus: Location near the center of the crowd, affordable prices, cold air conditioning, there is TV even though it's only local broadcasts, wifi is there even though it's not too fast, lots of power plugs so you can charge many devices. Minus: The mattress is hard, the bed linen has a lot of holes like cigarettes, there are hair marks too, the foam on the bench is also dirty, the room lights are dim so it looks like a horror, there is no hot water.

The place is strategic, but the service from the receptionist is unfriendly and unsatisfactory and the rooms provided are also dirty, more likely to smell (former guests). Incomplete toiletries and also a bathroom that still smells of cigarettes. And based on my experience staying anywhere with 24-hour access, guests can freely return to the hotel at any time and at any time, but it's not midnight when I go home and it's closed so I have to bang on it first.

It is located on the side of the road, next to it, when there is an Alfamart, it is very close to Gacoan. The mattress and others are okay, the bathroom is okay, the receptionist is also okay, not complicated at all. I think it's really worth it.

The staff is not friendly. Called many times can't. As soon as I found it, I was on the phone with the girl. Not very professional. My room has been requested but not fulfilled. As soon as check-in check out immediately. Very not recommended.

The hotel room is dirty, the AC is broken, there are lots of cockroaches, there are lots of mosquitoes, and the blankets and mattress sheets have holes in them. Who wants to stay at this place, consider again.

For that price, it's pretty good. The pillow is limp, the blanket is only 1 small too. Towel 1 was torn, soap 1. The door had to be lifted slightly to lock it. There is no water faucet in the bathroom. There is no hot water. + cold air conditioner. + 2 bottles of mineral water are provided. + the guard is ready to help.
