The service at the restaurant (the senior waitresses, especially during breakfast...really put local people aside...even though we paid for the room according to the price promoted by Travelloka, I was disappointed when I arrived for breakfast, I wasn't asked anything, aka ignored...but when foreign guests came, they were friendly like servants/like servants seeing their masters...disgusted to see their servants' breasts...I was annoyed and ended up not ordering anything...then checked out

When checking in, it was difficult to find a receptionist, only served by security, the electricity was out. I was disappointed, but I got compensation by upgrading the room class from superior to deluxe. Finally, my disappointment was cured, the room I got was big and there was a connecting room with the children's room.

The owner and staff are friendly and if you want to see Dolphins you can book tickets at the Hotel. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. If the bathroom is not so clean, if the others are clean too the garden is fantastic.

I stayed here for 2 days. It 's a compact hotel with a swimming pool, and Lovina Beach is just a walking distance away, accessible from the hotel parking area. The staff are very nice, always with smiling faces. The breakfast also tastes very good. Unfortunately, I had ordered 2 rooms with 1 large bed each, but they provided rooms with twin beds, which was inconvenient for us.

Very bad experience staying at Suma Hotel. Very disappointing and unprofessional service. At the time of check-in we were about to be moved to another hotel because many rooms were damaged, and in the end we were given a room at the Suma Hotel. In the morning at 11 am we were asked to check out on the grounds that there were guests who wanted to check in early. Meanwhile, the hotel's policy for check out time is 12. We ask the hotel to pay attention to things like this which are very disappointing for guests.

the atmosphere is scary, the guests are only 2 people, me and one other guest. The air conditioner is dead, only the fan, it seems like the room has never stayed, so it smells like that. the food is OK, but like friends we can't sleep because it's scary.
