Very satisfied staying here... The room is spacious and clean, complete facilities and amenities, capacity for 4 people with direct sea view. Moreover, I got the promo price of only 300k, including free breakfast for 4 more people. The garden and design are very beautiful Balinese style, the garden is very well maintained, lots of greenery that makes it very cool in the midst of the extraordinary heat of Pangandaran. The breakfast menu is delicious and very varied, starting from pancakes, bread with jam, coco crunch/corn flakes, various puddings and cakes, Thai cassava, various fruits. The swimming pool is also very clean and very comfortable, the kids really enjoyed swimming here. The parking lot is quite spacious, the security and staff are very friendly and helpful. If you want to go in and out a lot, it's better to park in the front parking lot. Access is very close to everywhere, the west coast, the east coast, and the nature reserve. The back balcony directly faces the east coast, very cool. After playing at the beach, you can immediately use the shower in the very beautiful garden.

Thank you to Sunrise Beach Hotel. Everything was great, friendly service, strategic location, good food, and I really enjoyed my stay. However, I would like to request immediate repairs. Some of the furniture is starting to rot, and the bathroom door in room C 04 is starting to rot. Thank you.

The receptionist's service needs improvement. There were no smiles, greetings, or greetings upon arrival. Luggage was not brought. The outer door to the room was broken and dusty. The windows were full of dust. The sheets were dirty. The lighting was inadequate. Breakfast was not neatly arranged, requiring a long queue. The staff also needs to improve their attention to detail in room cleaning and guest service. The guest experience is paramount, as guests want a comfortable vacation.

Everything was fine, except for the intermittent Wi-Fi and the abundance of mosquitoes, so be prepared with mosquito spray or Autan. Luckily, I had a family room on the ground floor, with a great view of the ocean. The food was decent, but there was very little variety.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, strategically located on the beach, the staff is friendly and responsive, the room facilities are functioning well, the breakfast menu is delicious and quite varied, the atmosphere is peaceful, the room views directly onto the beach. I got room C1 with 2 terraces, with views of the east coast and the garden. I've always enjoyed staying here, with the trees making it cool during the day. The breakfast was also delicious. Watching the sunrise was really close 😀😀 It was also fun, with lots of vendors popping out from the hotel right on the street, lots of vendors.
