Kamar buat 1 orang. Pengap pas br masuk tp setelah AC nyala jadi lumayan. Cuma dapet sabun. Hrsnya dapet handuk tp ktnya masih dicuci. Untung bawa handuk sndiri.

I stayed for 4 nights in February 9-13th, 2024. To be honest, the building and the room aren't as good as in the photo gallery. The building like it wasn't looked after, so dirty and so bad. The room where I stay in 109 is so bad and dirty, the pillow looks like not clean and hygiene, there are many spider web in some point, the bathroom also dirty. I am sorry, I am very disappointed with this hotel and also the room. I think we can get more comfortness with the room price I got. I hope the service will be improved in the future.

I am quite satisfied with this accommodation. The place is very easy to find. Apart from that, it is very close to culinary centers, entertainment or any other needs, making it easier for friends who don't bring vehicles. The room is quite spacious if one person is staying, as is the mattress. Complete with one main pillow, one OYO pillow and one blanket and quite fragrant too. Then the facilities are very complete with one large cupboard, one multi-purpose shelf, one television, one table and one chair, one large mirror, cold AC and a trash can located right in front of the room door. Then the bathroom is also quite clean and spacious but unfortunately there is no hot water so for me who is allergic to cold I am a little worried, but the water is not too cold so it is safe and what I like most is that the water flows quite fast so I am satisfied when I clean myself. In my opinion, the service is very satisfying because the guards are very friendly and very detailed in explaining the stay procedures. For friends who want to stay here for a long time, I highly recommend it because it can reduce the budget and there is laundry, making it easier for friends who stay for a long time. Parking is also quite spacious. One thing that I really liked was that the guard explained that if you had to stay overnight with someone of the opposite sex you had to show proof that the couple was married. Masha Allah! Kamar cukup nyaman dan AC dingin bahkan tanpa nyalain AC pun masih terasa sejuknya. Kamar mandi standar dan air panas berfungsi. Lokasi strategis dekat kampus-kampus, untuk cari tempat makan, ATM, minimarket, maupun kebutuhan lainnya mudah tinggal jalan kaki. Overall ok but untuk catatan hotel mohon diperhatikan lagi untuk kebersihan tempat tidurnya dan senantiasa dilakukan housekeeping apabila ada tamu check out, karena kebetulan dapat kamar yang kondisi sprei, selimut juga sarung bantal seperti tidak diganti, bau kecut apek dan ada bercak-bercak noda khas iler. Mungkin ini kelolosan tapi ini bakal menganggu kenyamanan termasuk saya meskipun aktivitas di kamar hanya untuk singgah sejenak. Mohon dijadikan evaluasi tim untuk ke depannya, terima kasih sukses selalu.

Sangat buruk hotelnya. Mending cari hotel lain lah, kamar tidak sesuai foto, di foto bersih dan rapi, tapi realnya tidak terawat. Tidak bisa refund. Owndernya juga tidak ada tanggung jawab. Very bad.

I didn't stay overnight even though I ordered and paid for the room via the application. Because hotel facilities do not match what is stated in the application. Very disappointed with hotel employees who are not polite.

In terms of facilities, parking lots, mattresses, pillows, bathrooms, and others. It's just our experience when staying, don't if you can sleep, turn off the lights and read a lot of prayers according to each other's religion and beliefs 🙏.

Minus yang harus diperbaiki banget: kamar bau apek, air panas ngga berfungsi, ngga ada sikat gigi, pasta gigi, sandal kamar, tv burek, wifi kurang lancar, handuk kurang bersih. Paling ngga enak resepsionis galak banget, mau foto aturannya buat rekomendasi ke temen jadi ngga bisa. Positifnya: untuk harga diskon 50 ribu udah lumayan banget sih, ada shower, lemari, ac, selimut, minum sharing, sabun mandi kecil 1 biji. Tapi kalau untuk harga normal 100 ribu sangat tidak worth it. Apalagi resepsionis yang dikit-dikit marah ga jelas, padahal ngikutin aturan dan ancaman main usir-usir. Cukup sekali saja saya menginap di sana walau didiskon berapapun 😴

Saya mendapatkan kamar atas. Kondisi kamar bersih, ac bekerja dengan baik. Karena saya tidak menonton tv maka saya tidak menghidupkan tv, tapi waktu saya coba tidak bisa menyala meski lampu tv hidup. Ada sabun mandi+shampoo, sikat gigi, dan handuk. Selimut dan kondisi kasur baik. Bantal juga empuk. Pencahayaan dari jendela juga bagus. Kondisi kamar mandi baik dan bersih, hanya shower sedikit tidak sempurna spraynya. Tidak ada tempat sampah, sandal kamar, dan hanger di lemari (mungkin akan lebih baik bila ada tempat sampah, sandal kamar agar tidak dingin, dan hanger di lemari). Lokasinya dekat dengan acara yang perlu saya hadiri. Staff cukup ramah dan informatif. Saya tidak mencoba jaringan WIFI, tapi sudah tersedia password untuk akses free wifi. Saya juga suka dengan kaca yang tersedia di kamar dan kamar mandi. Secara keseluruhan, saya sangat puas dengan kondisi dan pelayanan dari Homestay OYO.

The rooms are clean, fragrant, there is a water heater, unfortunately the air conditioner is not cold enough, but its ok. The location is close to cheap places to eat because it is in the campus environment. The waiter is friendly (the mbanya). I will definitely stay here again if I go to Jogja.

The service is not satisfactory, the tv has no signal and has reported it to the receptionist but there is no response at all. When reporting directly to the bottom, the answer is "the report has been more than an hour, so let's just leave it alone", the answer is not very solution. The towels provided are not clean, lots of brown spots.

The clerk didn't tell me the tv was broken, the antenna was broken, the jutek didn't say thank you, the wifi was really bad, there was no signal. For further, please pay attention so that customers are satisfied staying there. Thank you 🙏.
