Check in was smooth, but I had requested a non-smoking room, but I got a smoking room, after negotiation, I finally got a non-smoking room. My suggestion is, please increase the number of non-smoking rooms, it's time for a smoke-free hotel, treating the room with ozone still doesn't get rid of the cigarette smell.
