The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was having allergic reactions and needed to buy medicine. The staff was willingly delivering the medicine from the lobby to my room (which was hard to request in some hotels). The area of the hotel smelled really good as well and super clean!! Super an enjoyable stay.

The hotel staff is friendly and solution-oriented, when the room was full we got a free upgrade to a room with a beautiful city view, thank you Swiss-Bellinn Saripetojo, comfortable staycation here. There is a playground and swimming pool for children too, there is also a gym. Complete facilities.

Staying here is the right choice. The location is easy to reach, right in front of Purwosari train station. Affordable price with the existing service. Very good!!! Friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Rooftop restaurant and cafe, the view is cool!! Strong Wi-Fi! Only Telkomsel network here, very lacking. Overall okay!!

The hotel is strategically located in the city center, with easy access and a view of Purwosari station, so the kids love watching the trains pass by. The flyover has beautiful city lights at night. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and swimming pools are clean. There was a problem with the AC not being cold enough, but the admin and technicians were quick to fix it. Hopefully, we can come here again next time.
