The hotel environment was beautiful, the room is clean and nicely furnished. Staffs friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast need more varieties menu, the foods delicious but I see one or two flies flew when I want to take the foods. On our last stay, my kid so happy that the fried rice was not spicy, he eat 2 plates hahahaha. He was not much a bread fans, so I really thank you the restaurant has made some adjustment, keep up improving please. The pool nice, but a lot of the pool's ceramics were broken. The hotel so near to the island-hopping activities, we could see the light house in front of the pool. The morning and afternoon's view is very beautiful. Overall, Swiss-Bel resort still one of the nice hotels to stay when you are in Belitung. Thank you for making my stays memorable.

It was very enjoyable staying here. 5 star friendly service, and the rooms are also clean. Champion! 🥳. I booked a room facing the sea, and the view was amazing! 🤩 the children are also very happy 🥰. Coincidentally, I booked a room on my birthday, and the hotel management gave me a surprise that moved me 🥹. Thank you SwissBel Resort 🤩🥳.

Very pleasant stay experience. The rooms are nice, comfortable, quite spacious. You can enjoy the sea view while relaxing by the pool, it's really cool the breakfast menu is complete and all delicious. Swiss Bell Belitung is the best choice, anyway

The place is really okay. View of room 323 where I stay, the ocean view is okay. But the taste of the food is usually not too varied either. The service is okay, the employees are friendly.

The hotel is great. It's just a shame, when we came to check it around 7 o'clock, the female receptionist I greeted didn't greet at all, we arrived, we greeted us. For less varied food during the weekend stay. Just the standard menu, even though at other Swiss-Belresorts it's delicious. I don't know if there's a shortage of employees or that's the standard in Belitung, even when I go home there's no good and friendly impression from the employees.
