Recommend this place for those who look for hotel in the heart of Seminyak. Good neighborhood, nearby W bar, Potato Head, and so many good bar & cafes. The room is very big, I love it!. Taum also provides electrical stove, it's perfect for family too. The ambiance of hotel is also very green with beautiful garden and pool. I will come back for sure

The hotel is good but the service is very unsatisfactory, we checked in at 14.00, we should have been able to enter the room at 15.00 at the latest, but until 16.30 we could not enter on the grounds that the "bed sheet/bed sheet" was not ready, it was still being washed and we asked for an estimate when we could enter they arrived at 16.30 and couldn't confirm when we could enter the room, then we asked to meet with the PIC on that day and all of them were on holiday. What we handled, it turned out that the kitchen person was right after we complained and wanted to cancel the booking, he also invited no responsibility even answer the phone to cancel to the online agent, we have to take care of it and it turns out that it can't be canceled by our side, it has to be from the hotel, they were slow to handle us after 17.00 more or less the bed linen came we thought that day it was getting dark and it will be difficult to find a new hotel, like it or not we were forced to late check in to taum without any compliment. Even though we bought tickets 2 months earlier to stay at Taum, if it was high season the hotel should have been more prepared because there were a lot of guests, not even guests who were disadvantaged, so late check-in was abandoned by the pool from 2 pm until we just entered at 17.00 pm. Is it because we are local guests so we handle things like this. This villa / hotel is not recommended, it is better to go to Alantara, the hotel is a little more expensive but satisfying and friendly and there are no exceptions to handlers even though we are local guests.

When I checked in the air conditioner was cold at night the air conditioner seemed to be broken and I slept without air conditioning and it was too hot. The receptionist is only until 6 pm so can't complain.

I stayed here last year in Feb 2020 that's why I chose to stay here again. But my experience isn't the same. The Taum I used to know was way more clean, organized, well-maintenance, and lively. This time, it seemed like they need some renovation. There's a gap at the entrance door that allows mosquitoes to come in. They didn't clean well and were a bit dusty and it makes me itchy, especially the bed. (For the record my hubby and I are allergic to dust) they also seemed a bit understaffed. I don't blame them due to the pandemic maybe it's kind of hard to keep up. But it's kind of sad for me to see the difference between before and after the pandemic. I hope they'll survive and somehow they can stand tall again just like the way they were :)

Arrive on the spot. The wait has been more than 10 minutes, no one is on standby at the reception. Looking to the bottom, asking to the resting in the back, then something appears. The building is not well maintained, and dull. The elevator is off. The employees are cool. Worse yet, it said the data didn't come in. But it sucks to be put in a corner and isolated room, even though yesterday ordered a pool view. The reason is that the data is not in the system. Had to check with the manager first, and the photo from my online agent account just appeared. The first impression is really annoying and disgusting.

Got stung by tomcat. I didn't know what a tomcat was so I thought it was just some sort of insect. Have to deal with the pain this whole trip. Double check the room, everything, especially before laying down on the daybed. Service got rated 2 because they didn't check the outside and clean it to make sure there were no dangerous insects.

One of the recommend places in Bali, spacious rooms, there is a stove, there are cooking utensils. near the shop, near the laundry. Mumah yesterday got on the 2nd floor, go up the turn (lift for the 3rd floor and above), the rest is okay.
