Budget hotel, value for money. Strategic location, and clean room. Nice to stay, recommended

A hidden gem in the heart of Kuta! My stay at Taxa Uma Kuta was a pleasant surprise—everything about it exceeded my expectations, with just one minor hiccup. Ambiance/Facilities: The hotel has a clean and comfortable vibe, with all the essentials you need. There's even a pool that was well-maintained and refreshing. They also provide motorbike rentals, but if you're not satisfied with the options, there are plenty of rental shops within a short 300-meter walk. Food: I didn’t get the chance to try the food during my stay, so I can’t comment on this. Staff Assistance: The staff were very helpful and welcoming. I had a late arrival around 11 PM due to a delay, and they were still available and ready to assist—which I really appreciated. I did request to move to a lower floor since I was assigned a room on the third floor and carrying a big suitcase up was a bit of a struggle. Unfortunately, due to the high season, the hotel was fully booked and they couldn’t move me. Highlights: The strong air conditioning, working water heater, and the refreshing pool really made the stay comfortable. Having everything you need just steps away was also a big plus. Price: The price was honestly a shock in the best way—super affordable for what you get. Totally worth every penny. Location: You’re right at Kuta Center, meaning everything—from shops to food—is just a short walk away. The location couldn’t be better for exploring the area. Final Thoughts: Definitely will come back if I go to Bali again!

the room is quite spacious and clean, but we were given a room on the 3rd floor, no elevator, bringing 3 children. even though we had made a note in the order, asking for 2 rooms on the lower floor. And very early in the morning we immediately checked out, can't imagine having to go back and forth to the room that is uphill.

The room is very satisfying. Clean, comfortable, the view is directly to the pool. The location is very strategic. Honestly, I really want to come back to stay here if I go to Bali

The bed is soft and the balcony area is quite comfortable.

It's really great, it's cheap, comfortable, clean, close to Kuta Beach, just a 5-minute walk. I really feel at home staying here, I've been to Bali twice and always stay at Taxa Uma, it's cheap but not cheap.

Few TV channels, Wi-Fi does not connect to the 2nd floor. Cold AC is a bit noisy. No soap, shampoo, hot water.

everything is okay, it makes you comfortable, only you get the top room and the corner room alone, hehe

I think this hotel basically is nice one but all the facilities are running down. If they do small renovation it will much better. The prices are cheaper to compare with other similar hotels near by and with better facilities.

The location of the inn is very close to the beach and the city center, making it easy to access the beach and shopping areas. Although the room is not too spacious, the AC is cold, the TV works very well, there is hot water, plus there is a mini fridge.

The staff wasn't friendly at all. And some of the facilities couldn't be useful

Check-in was good. The room is typical, not too small and not too big. Cleanliness is typical, not so clean but worth the price. Air conditioner was not so cool, but working (tho there was a problem with the remote control, but the staff was helpful). Couldn't find wifi, not sure if they provide it (didn't ask the staff, because I spent most of my days outside). TV worked well. Water heater worked well. Overall experience worth the price, but could be better, given that it's near the Kuta beach.

good for sleeping, but when I stayed there, there was a leak and dripping onto the floor, and the toilet floor was a bit slippery, otherwise it was good, the location is in the middle of the city, road access is easy to get anywhere

One of the budget-friendly places to stay when going to Bali. Clean place and friendly staff. In this room there is no soap and the like, only towels. The room will be cleaned & change the sheets if we ask, if not then it will not be changed. Access to Kuta Beach & surrounding areas is very close, easy to reach. The point is staying in this place is not detrimental.
