We all know that Bali local people are very friendly and nice, but the staff here was beyond friendly, very very helpful. I can check in on 10 AM with very fair additional price. The size of the room is standard for deluxe, but the bathroom is spacious. If you considering to take deluxe room, please book the pool side view because it was nice. Will come back again for sure!

Service When checking in was fast and because we were in a group, we asked for our rooms to be close together and the hotel staff was very helpful with that. Breakfast was very varied and tasted good. It went very well with detox drinks. Fresh fruit was always available at breakfast. Pudding too. Overall, the breakfast was very good. I left my things behind when checking out and they were secured by the hotel staff. Contacting the hotel was very quick to respond. Ordered a taxi and there was repairs at the hotel so the taxi was waiting at another location. The security guard saw from afar that we were confused about where our taxi was waiting. And the security guard quickly approached us to check with us about the taxi, even though the distance between the security post and the hotel lobby was quite far. The security guard was alert 😀 There is a playground for children so it was suitable for us with a group of toddlers.

This was my second stay at The 101 Fontana Seminyak. A few months ago, I stayed for two nights with my small family. My first experience was very pleasant, with friendly reception staff, excellent room service, and great service in the restaurant. Everything left a very good impression, which is why I chose this hotel again for my business trip. I was even asked by one of the staff to leave a review on TripAdvisor, and I gave the hotel a very positive review. However, my second stay was quite disappointing and left a negative impression that makes me reconsider staying at this hotel in the future. During this stay, I had several uncomfortable experiences. First, the room I received had a connecting door, even though I only booked one room. Because of the connecting door, noise from the room next door was very loud and carried directly into my room, especially late at night. This continued for two nights and greatly disturbed my family’s rest. Second, the balcony door handle on the outside came off when I tried to enter the room after spending time on the balcony. This situation affected both comfort and sense of safety. Third, I had an unpleasant experience with one of the restaurant staff members. On the first morning during breakfast, I had taken some fruit but couldn’t finish it. I asked a staff member if I could take it back to my room to avoid wasting food, and the staff kindly allowed it and even wrapped it for me. On the second morning, I faced a similar situation with two pieces of bread that I had already taken but hadn’t eaten because my child was crying. When I asked a male staff member wearing a brown batik shirt at the front of the restaurant if I could bring the bread to my room, he did not allow it. I explained that the previous day I was permitted to do so, and the bread had already been partly eaten, so it would be a waste. Good amenities and spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Quite a few eating options around here, but not close to the beach or particularly touristy parts of Bali. There is karaoke at the place next door some evenings, and the noise can be heard at the hotel, but that's true for a lot of Bali's tourist-focused hotels

First impression is last impression I was a little disappointed when I arrived at the hotel. There was no welcome drink after jetlag. The AC wasn't on. I was at 101 Sanur, it was much better. Service When checking in was fast and because we were in a group, we asked for our rooms to be close together and the hotel staff was very helpful with that. Breakfast was very varied and tasted good. It went very well with detox drinks. Fresh fruit was always available at breakfast. Pudding too. Overall, the breakfast was very good. I left my things behind when checking out and they were secured by the hotel staff. Contacting the hotel was very quick to respond. Ordered a taxi and there was repairs at the hotel so the taxi was waiting at another location. The security guard saw from afar that we were confused about where our taxi was waiting. And the security guard quickly approached us to check with us about the taxi, even though the distance between the security post and the hotel lobby was quite far. This was my second stay at The 101 Fontana Seminyak. A few months ago, I stayed for two nights with my small family. My first experience was very pleasant, with friendly reception staff, excellent room service, and great service in the restaurant. Everything left a very good impression, which is why I chose this hotel again for my business trip. I was even asked by one of the staff to leave a review on TripAdvisor, and I gave the hotel a very positive review. However, my second stay was quite disappointing and left a negative impression that makes me reconsider staying at this hotel in the future. During this stay, I had several uncomfortable experiences. First, the room I received had a connecting door, even though I only booked one room. Because of the connecting door, noise from the room next door was very loud and carried directly into my room, especially late at night. This continued for two nights and greatly disturbed my family’s rest. Second, the balcony door handle on the outside came off when I tried to enter the room after spending time on the balcony. This situation affected both comfort and sense of safety. Third, I had an unpleasant experience with one of the restaurant staff members. On the first morning during breakfast, I had taken some fruit but couldn’t finish it. I asked a staff member if I could take it back to my room to avoid wasting food, and the staff kindly allowed it and even wrapped it for me. On the second morning, I faced a similar situation with two pieces of bread that I had already taken but hadn’t eaten because my child was crying. When I asked a male staff member wearing a brown batik shirt at the front of the restaurant if I could bring the bread to my room, he did not allow it. Good amenities and spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Quite a few eating options around here, but not close to the beach or particularly touristy parts of Bali. There is karaoke at the place next door some evenings, and the noise can be heard at the hotel, but that's true for a lot of Bali's tourist-focused hotels

First impression is last impression I was a little disappointed when I arrived at the hotel. There was no welcome drink after jetlag. The AC wasn't on. I was at 101 Sanur, it was much better.
