Had the best experience here! Incredible breakfast buffet with the best service and care from Fathin and Anjeli, also the other staff.
I stayed in Alana Surabaya before, but this Alana is totally different from the one in Surabaya.
A big and very clean and comfortable room with great amenities. A great value to the price you pay for the room.
Hotel facilities like the swimming pool were also top notch.
I was here for a business trip but whilst also bringing my family along because it was over the weekend.
The meeting facilities were also great.
The hotel location is also close to nearby attractions that I like.
So will be sure to come back here again.

We are satisfied with our stay at Alana Hotel. It is located in a strategic location, the room is large clean and luxurious, the breakfast is wonderful 10 stars, the swimming pool is also good, the staff is helpful and kind, we can have an easy check-in. We will stay at this hotel when we return to Jogja.

It’s awesome to stay at The Alana Yogyakarta! It is a generous hotel! I love how the staffs are really helpful and kind. Also, the room is spacious and clean! The facilities are wonderful even they have activities for kids! And the swimming pool is also amazing! They have various breakfast which is very tasteful. Thank you Alana for the superb and amazing stay!

The hotel is comfortable, the receptionist is very helpful both during check in and checkout, the breakfast is varied and delicious, it's just a shame the soundproofing is not covered, so we are sometimes disturbed by the sound from the upper floor which is probably small children running and maybe even jumping so the sound is very noisy until 11:00 PM WIB, and when at 3 am we heard the sound of a small child crying very loudly so we all woke up.

Thank you so much. Not only do they have complete and comfortable facilities, but the staff is also super responsive. My child had an accident in the pool and was immediately handled very well. Thank you, I will be back at Alana tomorrow 😁😁

I truly enjoyed my stay at Alana Ngaglik, and I missed Jogja even more.
The staff was friendly, and the amenities were as described in the app.
The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the food was delicious and varied.
The location is quite close to Tugu Station, about 15 minutes away. It's also close to Indomaret and Alfa Midi (exit the hotel and turn right towards STIM YKPN).
