A hotel with a truly vacation-friendly feel. The rooms are comfortable, the food is varied and delicious. The public spaces (garden, swimming pool, etc.) are comfortable and clean. 10/10, I'd go back if I had the chance and the money.

My stay for 3D 2N in the hotel in overall is below average, this is due to several reasons:
1. The room 221 is very noisy due to "dangdut music" starts in the afternoon till 1pm in the morning even my bed feels rocking due to the loud music. I know the staff can't do anything about it because it's an "illegal activities" behind the hotel location. But please make sure before you book the room you emphasize that you want a far far far room from that "warung" so you can get restful night and sleep.
2. The AC filters is very dirty, please check before you check in so the staff can clean it up for you.
3. The floor of the suite is also dirty, make sure you tell the staff to clean it properly.
4. The food is so so. The breakfast area is so full in the morning. There's no rules on waiting table. You just get in and "fight" for a space to sit down. The staff should have better coordination in managing the in and out of guests so the guests can enjoy their breakfast comfortably.
5. The room is not properly taken care of. You can see there are few spots of molds in the wall. The master's bathroom is also too small compared to the kids room.
6. My only highlights of my stay is the staff is VERY VERY FRIENDLY and HELPFUL.
With the premium price I paid for the room, I think the hotel can upgrade their staff in training in relation to the cleanliness of the property and also in the restaurant. Please also try to mitigate the "noise" from the illegal warung in the back of the property because in the long run this can "kill" the business and I also will also think thousand of times before coming back to this hotel.

Nice place and location, there are only 2 points.
1. If the night is too noisy from the sound of the pub outside the villa, so it's hard to sleep.
2. For breakfast at Traveloka, I ordered breakfast for 2 adults and 1 child, but the child was charged another 85 thousand, if so, at Traveloka, you don't need to include the child until their age is asked.
Overall, for the others, it's ok, the place is ok, the swimming pool is clean, the service is ok, there are bicycles for sports to go around...there are lots of photo spots

The hotel is aesthetic, it feels like a Balinese vibe. It's just that the facilities in the room are a bit lacking for that price. The water heater keeps turning on and off, so my baby cries when taking a shower. There's no hairdryer, and there's not enough soap and shampoo. It would be better if they had one stuck in the bathroom. And at night, for some reason, it's noisy with dangdut music.
