I had a pleasant experience staying at Amartya Hotel. I stayed in the 38sqm room for three nights and moved to the 50sqm on the fourth night. The room is super spacious and the decoration is industrialist theme. The room was clean as well. I especially liked the in-room breakfast service thus I didn't have to eat in a crowded restaurant. They better keep this service even though the pandemic is almost over. Communication with the hotel was through Whatsapp and honestly, it is much better than keep calling them via phone. One thing to note is I hope they insulate the windows better to reduce noise from a nearby mosque. Fortunately, the hotel provided earplugs for only Rp 10,000 a pair

The room was clean and very comfy. The service was not bad at all. There were no problem except the fact the you must have 200K for deposit when you are going to check in. And also, the swimming pool is 1.3 m and 1.75 m deep, so be careful for those who cannot swim. I think I will come back to stay here if I go to jogja again.

We had so much fun experience last two weeks in the Amartya. The staff was so helpful and communicative. This hotel also has a rooftop swimming pool which you can enjoy it. Very beautiful view from the top.

Really enjoyed my staycation at the Amartya. The room is exactly look like what's being advertised on app. Nicely designed, clean, spacious, and homy. Feels like it was my own instead of a hotel room. And what I love the most is the water bottles! Would like to keep one if I could 😄

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy, creating a comfortable atmosphere for resting. The area around the hotel also feels calm and supports a holiday atmosphere. The staff are very polite and friendly, making guests feel warmly welcomed. The facilities provided are also complete—in each hallway there is a water heater and a choice of coffee, tea, and mineral water that can be enjoyed at any time. Interestingly, guests can also refill mineral water for free from the dispenser available in front of the room. One of the main attractions is the rooftop swimming pool, which offers a view of the city of Yogyakarta from a height—very pleasing to the eye, especially at sunset. The location is also very strategic, located on the main road with easy access to various popular places in the city, especially to the Tugu area and its surroundings thanks to the one-way route that leads directly to the city center.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with a quiet hotel environment and friendly and helpful staff. The facilities provided are quite complete—there is a water heater in each hallway, as well as coffee, tea, and mineral water for guests. Mineral water can be refilled for free, available at the dispenser located in front of the room in each hallway. The hotel also has a rooftop swimming pool that offers a beautiful view of the city of Yogyakarta, very pleasing to the eye. The location of the hotel is quite strategic because it is on the main road, so access to various destinations, including the city center and the Yogyakarta Monument, is very easy thanks to the one-way road that leads directly to the city center.

Industrial concept hotel with themed and aesthetic rooms. Quiet and clean with friendly service. But for smokers should think twice about staying here. The smoking area is far away. Have to go up to the sky lounge or go to the hotel parking lot.

The location is a bit far from the city center, the nearest tourist location is Malioboro, 0 km, and Alun-alun Kidul. Parking for cars is very adequate. The room for 4 people is very spacious.

Staying at Amartya was really enjoyable.
The room was spacious, clean, access to the room was bright, the parking lot was also spacious, the hotel location was on the ring road so it was close to everywhere if you want to visit Jogja.
The service provided was quite good, not excessive but all helpful.
When we arrived, the employee on duty at the reception (but he looked like the owner) gave us references for delicious places to eat in Jogja, which was very enjoyable for us who rarely go to Jogja.
Oh yeah, they gave us a room upgrade too.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the service by wa is also good. The food served is delicious and tasty. The best room choice, coincidentally my husband and I will be honeymooning so we chose the one with bathtub and pool facilities (only available in the La Maison type)

If possible, don't use dark colored bath towels because it's hard to see if they're dirty, the bathroom floor and walls are slippery as if they haven't been brushed regularly, the removable shower has a leaky shower head so the water comes out in a spread and doesn't just focus on the shower hole.
