The hotel atmosphere is very beautiful, blending with nature, there is a jacuzzi in the room area and the front directly faces the trees so the rural vibe is very pronounced. The service is also very good, you can get a welcome drink of mint lime juice and fresh fruits too. When you go home you also get a gift of Ubud coffee and mineral water. The best!

The staffs are so friendly and kind. They help us with everything with a smile. The breakfast is soo good and included in the price. Their dinner menu is also good and not too expensive. They allow late check-in too. The location is deep in a small village so getting there might be a little hard, but every Grab car I booked drop us off/pick us up right at the front door. You get a small house. The room is really big and the jacuzzi is perfect after a long day. The bathroom has both shower and bathtub. Everything is perfect.

Very recommended! We had a great honeymoon experience! Suitable for couples in honeymoon moments or for someone who wants to get away from escaping the crowd. All of the hospitality were above expectations. Though for the remote access or not easily accessible, those all were worth it! I wish we could go back there. Try the whirlpool please, but first ask them to turn down the heat because for us it was a little bit hotter than we can stand. All of them were amazing!

There are so many villas with the same price that I have tried but the service is unmatched, this is the first time I have stayed in a villa where the staff wanted to wipe the motorbike seat with tissue because it was wet, thank you for giving me an unforgettable experience 🙏🏼

Nice place to stay, less crowded, but only 15 minutes from Ubud Central. The room was nice and clean, the staff super warm and helpful if you need any help!! The road near the hotel is small and dark at night.

The location is really far away and getting into the small streets is a little challenging because the descents and climbs are quite tricky. The receptionist is very friendly and informative. I stayed in the Jungle Suite, for comfort it's tolerable. Cleanliness is also okay. It's just that the room is very dim so at night the atmosphere is a little tense hehe the bathtub is also big, the bathroom is spacious, the amneties are complete. The swimming pool is rather dirty. The food is not so good, I prefer ordering the Western menu, it's better than Asian food. The croissants are really good 🫠. Parking is very narrow, but assisted with parking. This hotel is suitable for healing and away from noise, because it's really as calm and peaceful as that. Balinese coffee is also given as a souvenir! Thank you The Compass Rose Ubud!

Very pleasant experience, beyond expectations. Great hospitality and service from Mbak Widya, Bli Nengah and wife, and the entire crew at Compass Rose. We got a beautiful room, comfortable and very clean, with a super large bathtub with jungle views. We accidentally turned off the air conditioner because the air was cold enough. Interestingly, every breakfast there is a family of chickens that accompany them in the garden but don't disturb them. So refreshing! Breakfast is delicious and can be enjoyed in the room. We can also order food at Garlic Butter Coffee and Eatery. The fried rice is delicious, the chicken soup is warm and rich in spices. Next time if we go to Ubud, we will definitely come back here again. Success for The Compass Rose Ubud.

A good hotel for couples who want to honeymoon, even though the entrance to the hotel is very quiet but when I'm in the room and enjoying the existing facilities, I think everything pays off. This hotel is close to residents' homes so it blends in with the activities of local residents, but it's not a densely populated settlement so it's not too disturbing. Very friendly service, the staff is also very good. The facilities are very good.

Lovely boutique hotel and helpful staff. Love the massive window by the tub that overlook the private hallway into the room. The mattress rock solid comfy to snooze in! The road into the hotel will need to have bigger and more better lit signages as it can be hard to locate after sunset. Will recommend this location as it ' s away from the busy Main Street area.
