I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location is strategic, close to the city center and tourist attractions, yet still quiet and comfortable. The room was very clean, tidy, and fully equipped—cold air conditioning, running hot water, and a very comfortable bed. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful, responding quickly to requests. The breakfast was delicious and varied daily. The hotel has a warm atmosphere, making it suitable for families or business travelers. I will definitely return here when I'm in town.

There are several things that need to be improved by the hotel. 1. The air conditioner is not cold, after complaining & asking to add freon the next day it's cold. 2 The water spray in the closet came off the lid. Water splattered everywhere. 3. I stayed 5 nights, on the 2nd & 3rd day the room was not cleaned, not tidied up. Even though I used a label tag to ask for the room to be cleaned. 4. The pillowcase smells of hair oil, gentlemen, I asked to replace it, it still smells. 5. On the 4th day, I went back to the hotel in the afternoon (to rest, I usually come home at night), when I entered the room, the sound of water coming out of the faucet, apparently the incident in number 2 happened again, flooding in the bathroom. The room has not been cleaned either. No wonder the hotel is quiet, even though the building is new & there is a coffee & pizza place underneath.
