I didn't expect it. The photo of the front of the hotel room showed a small paddy field, as seen on Google. In reality, there wasn't much rice paddy, but it was just plants. There was a small ditch in front of the hotel room, which was messy and unclean. Our bathtub had a leaking drain, so every time we filled it with water, it would immediately drain out even after it was closed. The room seemed poorly maintained, especially the walls and the upper part near the ceiling. We had already chatted with them the night before and agreed to have breakfast at 8:00, but they arrived at almost 9:00. The sofa in the other room was dirty and had debris falling from the ceiling. The TV wouldn't plug into the wall when it arrived. The pool was quite dirty when it was new, probably due to the presence of shady trees, and the circulation was off. We had to have it turned on to improve circulation.

There is no local TV & the internet is also slow, there is no restaurant in the hotel, the security is lacking, for the price I paid compared to the comfort it is very inappropriate, more like a motel than a 4 star hotel. Its seems picture on the apps it take long time ago, its quite different with right now reality, the staff actually very helpful even though its seem they lacked of experience, sometimes they confused if we tell them to do something, but everything we asked, they always try to provide it. One thing good is they have good internet connection and their TV is smart TV too, so we can watch youtube or netflix, but TV is not to good and slow. Overall I think they need to changed name of their hotel, its not resort, more than a motel for me. The owner seems don't care about quality of their property but staff is good.

The pool was dirty and abandoned. The lobby was like a service room. The staff was smoking when we came. We were so disappointed, then we left right away! Even the staff admitted that the pictures taken was before the pandemic, before half of the property was sold to other resort. Even the staff told us that traveloka wanted them to display the picture. As a frequent member of traveloka, I was very disappointed because we couldn't complain to anyone and it's not refundable. Even though it's a discounted price, it was still a scam because the property was totally different from the pictures and the reviews. It was clearly like an abandoned property.

Even the staff admitted that the pictures taken was before the pandemic, before half of the property was sold to other resort. Even the staff told us that traveloka wanted them to display the picture. As a frequent member of traveloka, I was very disappointed because we couldn't complain to anyone and it's not refundable. Even though it's a discounted price, it was still a scam because the property was totally different from the pictures and the reviews. It was clearly like an abandoned property.
