Simply the best in Bali!

Lovely relaxing place to stay , very spacious and calming . Staff were very kind and helpful . I would stay here again .

Enjoyed the stay at Kunja throughly. Service from staff is top notch and villa are a perfect layout, will stay again for sure. Only thing to consider that no food option inside the villa if you want to be lazy in the evening but order in with grab is just as convenient.

We loved everything about Kunja. Great location, clean, private, friendly and helpful staff, we loved the spa. The complimentary buggy service was super convenient. We will be back!

What an amazing hidden gem in Seminyak. You’re in the heart of the city but feel so secluded. The staff provided exceptional service and what a treat to have breakfast cooked for us every day in our suite. Would highly recommend if you want a more relaxing stay in a busy area!

Amazing place, beautiful large well maintained rooms and pool. Friendly staff that were so helpful and managed to clean up like magic every time we went out. So much peace, calm and privacy. Absolutely loved it and would definitely stay there again!

overall an amazing place to stay. Staff are welcoming. The whole family enjoyed the large pool and garden. We loved the toads and geckos inside and out. Accommodation is superb. Quiet location but very near to the bedlam that is Seminyak. Certain bits of the villas are starting to show their age since our last visit eight years ago and the technology needs updating (no USBs and an ancient HiFi). Breakfast cooked in villa was good but with limited variety for eight nights. Free transport by buggy to nearby restaurants and shopping was appreciated, but on several occasions they forgot to turn up. Highly recommended.

Very clean Friendly staff Spacious High quality feel However the prices for the services (like laundry or room service) are very inflated. It will take a few minutes of searching to find cheaper meals and cleaner clothes

Is there 10 stars? I would give this property 10 stars if I could. The villa was so spectacular it was hard to get our heads around! Perfect location, walkable to many restaurants, bars, spas, mini mart...the staff was exceptional. We could not have asked for a single thing more- just extraordinary! THANK YOU Kunja!

The kunja is our favourite place to stay in Bali. I have lost count of how many times we have stayed here but everything is great, the property, location and of course the staff!! Five stars.

This place was absolutely amazing and well worth it. When I visit Bali again, I am definitely staying here. The Kunja is so clean, the staff are amazingly nice and they are right next to everything you need! This place is so perfect, waking up to homemade breakfast and a morning swim was the best part. We also loved our driver who took us to see some awesome parts of Bali. If you are debating about visiting here, trust me this is the place for you!

We stayed at the property in early September. Picked the property based on its location and facilities available. As you can imagine its not a short trip getting to Bali. But it didn't fall short of expectations. I called ahead of it time explaining that we were celebrating our anniversary and if there was anything the team can do. The team kindly provided a flower petal bath and a decorative bed display really sweet of them. We were greated with a much needed cold towel and refreshment. The Team there asked on every occasion when they can attend to do the villa clean to fit around our scheduled for the day. It's was a full clean from the pool surface and floor, kitchen, bathrooms bed turn over as one would expect. They attended daily to spray for the mosquito at 6:30pm like clock work. When having breakfast at the villa you have the option of having it set up in the pool or the table. We opted for the table as we didn't fancy a cold dip in the morning. The pool is not heated so best to wait for the sun to heat it up if you fancy a dip. Now I would mention that since it's an open door villa you do get Geko's coming and going as they please. These little creatures can keep you up at night but nothing a pair of ear plugs can't resolve. We arranged for spa treatment while we were there. You can have this arranged at the villa or the spa room we opted for the villa for more privacy. Just as a note they only have female staff members for the spa.

We had a fabulous time. The Villa is so amazing, quiet, excellent location to shops, dining and beach. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, we loved waking to our morning breakfast being made fresh in our Villa, and we appreciated the golf buggy rides to the local area. Thank you.

Great clean stay with great staff. Very thankful to the shuttle service team who drove us around! Highly recommend!
