We got a large private pool in our villa with beautiful garden, the bathtub is facing the pool and have direct access to it. Room is absolutely gorgeous! Breakfast is buffet and changing menu every day, super delicious. We had our romantic dinner with sunset view at their rooftop restaurant

The lobby was gorgeous then up a lovely tree lined path and thw wooden doors opened to my own private paradise. Private pool beautiful rooms with lounge and the biggest bed with big comfy pillows. Bathroom with great shower bath fluffy towels. everything smelt divine. Ha d lunxh in the resrauranr ans buffet breafast and room.service. Staff were so lovely and friendly. Treated myseld to a massage in the on sire spa. Convenient free shuttle to the beach.

The access road from the main road is quite far and many are damaged. Can't check in early. The welcome drink is delicious. Must have coffee all the identity of the guest. Drinking water is not refillable but you get 4 bottles. Breakfast menu is foreigner, rice uduk or fried with butter, but fruit there are additional snake fruit and passion fruit. TV channels are a bit video-based, so if you want to watch a movie you can open the video, and often just loop or even turn off maybe because of poor signal/network. Asked for a make-up room but there was no change of sheets, pillowcases, and towels (because they were only placed on the sink, not the floor).

The hotel staff was proactively offering an on-house room decoration to sweeten the vibe when they knew my partner and I stayed in the hotel for our special day. Thank you so much! We loved the welcome juices too—so refreshing. The pool is clean and pretty as I viewed from the restaurant and too bad I couldn't enjoy it. The room's Wi-Fi speed is pretty fast too. The pancake in house is too good! My partner and I cannot stop ourselves from not having it. However, the hotel maintenance should be leveled up. So wood frame under the basic and towel hanger are half crooked. The bathtub stopper is sometimes working and not working.

Villas are for those who really want to rest, the types of staycations are honestly very comfortable, but not comfortable when you come from outside and enter the villa, the road is really dark to the villa room, a bit scary. Not to mention that when it rained yesterday, the children were afraid of not going to bed again. The staff is also limited. But the service is quite good. Being able to leave the laundry in front of the villa is also very cheap again. Hopefully in the future the path lights are turned on, it's not too dark and employees are added. If you can, the driving rain will also operate. Let's not go far on foot.

The villa is quite expensive, but not maintained, the rooms are not clean enough. Staying with a small child is subject to an additional charge. Different from other villas. The villa is very dark at night, saves light from parking access, it is pitch black, the lobby is dimly lit, the hallway is dark & you have to use a cellphone light to walk to the room. Just 1 time

Since the first time they arrived, the reception staff in the lobby were very friendly. The check in and check out process is super fast. Extend stay even enough by whatsapp. All villa rooms are equipped with a private pool and own kitchen. bathtub in each unit. Dine-in breakfast in the room during the pandemic. Really super private villa. An airport shuttle is also provided with an additional fee. Overall, staying at The Leaf Jimbaran for 4 days was fun. Definitely come back again!
