Overall, The Luxton hotel was a great place to stay. It's located at the center of the city, has spacious rooms, delicious and lots of variety of meals for breakfast. Even though the parking lot is limited, the staff was very helpful. They assisted us to park in the other hotel building which is connected with the main building. Thank you!

I arrived early but was able to check in early and was given an upgrade to a new deluxe room. The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff were very friendly. We've stayed here twice. The location is strategic, close to BIP, Solaria, Superindo, and Azko.

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The breakfast menu is delicious and quite varied. The parking lot is very small, though. I love staying here, as it's close to Kartika, so you can walk if you don't want to deal with the traffic.

All the facilities were impressive, except for the receptionist, who wore a black and white uniform, who was less than communicative and didn't provide information about breakfast and other hotel amenities. So I had to ask other staff. Perhaps it could have been better.
