It really can refresh the brain, a quiet, comfortable and clean place, very far from the hustle and bustle of the city, maybe this is one of the guest houses that will be on my list to return to Magelang, the staff are very friendly and polite.

Location is not far from Borobudur and places to eat
The rooms are nice, complete, clean, spacious parking
The atmosphere is like in a hometown, comfortable and quiet
The food is also delicious, especially the Sego Godhog, which is really delicious, the portions are large and you can choose a welcome drink
The staff are friendly and very helpful
FYI, because the concept of accommodation here is a wooden house like in a village, so it's not a soundproof room type.
You won't regret staying here

first experience staying at the omah Borobudur because previously I had just walked to Borobudur temple and was looking for the nearest reminder
+ staff are very friendly, patient and detailed when explaining and serving until being escorted to the front of the room by the receptionist when checking in,
+ given a welcome snack and drink (there is a choice of hot sweet tea, iced sweet tea or hot coffee)
+ breakfast tastes good, get 1 food menu and 1 type of juice and 1 choice of drink (fried noodle breakfast menu, boiled noodles, fried rice or American breakfast .. iced sweet tea, hot sweet tea or hot coffee)
+ clean comfortable room .. cold AC. the bed is also comfortable, complete with an electric kettle and air freshener
+ complete bathroom equipment as seen in the photo
+ free bicycles are provided for use during your stay
+ get souvenirs from the hotel when checking out
+ car parking in front of each room
- walk to a road location that is wide enough for 1 car

I left something behind in front of the entrance to my room but the housekeeping said that the item was not there. It is clear in the last video that I took right before I got into the car that the item was in front of the door. When recording the video, I did not realize that I left my item behind. The Borobudur Police really helped us to check the inn's CCTV, but unfortunately the inn's CCTV was inadequate. CCTV in my inn area was not available and the main gate CCTV that was expected to help turned out to only record if there was movement near the camera. The hotel's reason for not having CCTV in my inn's environment was because it was only built 1 year ago and the decoder only fits 8 cameras. Therefore, there are many gaps, blank spots and deficiencies in security, even though security is very important in an inn. What if there is an unwanted incident at night in my room's environment, are we as guests just asked to surrender because the hotel's security is inadequate?
For those who want to stay, do not stay in rooms 10 and 11 because the hotel's security is inadequate and make sure repeatedly that no items are left behind so that you don't experience an incident like me.
Apart from the incident of loss, the other hotel staff were very friendly and helpful at check-in, check-out and when requesting special breakfast. Oh yes, every guest who checks out is given a souvenir.

During our Hotel's existence, no items from guests were lost and if there were any items left behind, we would definitely inform the guest directly or via WhatsApp message or even send them to their home address (if the guest wishes). After the incident, all staff and Owners also wanted to take responsibility even though it was not us or other guests who took them, looking for the shoes on e-commerce or the link that you sent, but they were no longer in production and on May 4, 2025, Sunday, we had sent a message via WhatsApp that the shoes were no longer in production and if we replaced them with a nominal amount, how, but until May 6, 2025, Tuesday, there was no response from you. And I apologize, our Hotel still has someone on guard at night. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and thank you 🙏🏻

The omah building is a mini joglo model, the room, bathroom are clean, quite spacious (can be used for praying). There is a terrace in front of the joglo, 2 umbrellas are provided in each joglo. The room smells a bit of wood when first opened, but after that it disappears.
The omah staff are very friendly.
Many entertainment facilities, free bicycles are provided for hotel guests. There are other activity package options such as vw tour, jeep tour etc.
Suitable for a vacation with family.
Breakfast is provided according to the choice of the omah guests, not an all you can eat buffet model.
When we went home we got a souvenir wallet as photographed. We didn't have time to photograph the room.
Access to the omah is only enough for 1 car.

The calm atmosphere and the village vibes are still very much felt. Super comfortable room with soft bed, cold AC, clean bathroom, fast wifi & tv channel. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. When checking out we were still given interesting souvenirs (not about the goods but the attention was extraordinary) travelers must stay here.

During our Hotel's existence, no items from guests were lost and if there were any items left behind, we would definitely inform the guest directly or via WhatsApp message or even send them to their home address (if the guest wishes). After the incident, all staff and Owners also wanted to take responsibility even though it was not us or other guests who took them, looking for the shoes on e-commerce or the link that you sent, but they were no longer in production and on May 4, 2025, Sunday, we had sent a message via WhatsApp that the shoes were no longer in production and if we replaced them with a nominal amount, how, but until May 6, 2025, Tuesday, there was no response from you. And I apologize, our Hotel still has someone on guard at night. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and thank you 🙏🏻

It really can refresh the brain, a quiet, comfortable and clean place, very far from the hustle and bustle of the city, maybe this is one of the guest houses that will be on my list to return to Magelang, the staff are very friendly and polite.

The omah building is a mini joglo model, the room, bathroom are clean, quite spacious (can be used for praying). There is a terrace in front of the joglo, 2 umbrellas are provided in each joglo. The room smells a bit of wood when first opened, but after that it disappears.
The omah staff are very friendly.
Many entertainment facilities, free bicycles are provided for hotel guests. There are other activity package options such as vw tour, jeep tour etc.
Suitable for a vacation with family.
Breakfast is provided according to the choice of the omah guests, not an all you can eat buffet model.
When we went home we got a souvenir wallet as photographed. We didn't have time to photograph the room.
Access to the omah is only enough for 1 car.

Location is not far from Borobudur and places to eat
The rooms are nice, complete, clean, spacious parking
The atmosphere is like in a hometown, comfortable and quiet
The food is also delicious, especially the Sego Godhog, which is really delicious, the portions are large and you can choose a welcome drink
The staff are friendly and very helpful
FYI, because the concept of accommodation here is a wooden house like in a village, so it's not a soundproof room type.

first experience staying at the omah Borobudur because previously I had just walked to Borobudur temple and was looking for the nearest reminder
+ staff are very friendly, patient and detailed when explaining and serving until being escorted to the front of the room by the receptionist when checking in,
+ given a welcome snack and drink (there is a choice of hot sweet tea, iced sweet tea or hot coffee)
+ breakfast tastes good, get 1 food menu and 1 type of juice and 1 choice of drink (fried noodle breakfast menu, boiled noodles, fried rice or American breakfast .. iced sweet tea, hot sweet tea or hot coffee)
+ clean comfortable room .. cold AC. the bed is also comfortable, complete with an electric kettle and air freshener

The calm atmosphere and the village vibes are still very much felt. Super comfortable room with soft bed, cold AC, clean bathroom, fast wifi & tv channel.
