My favourite hotel in Bandung. My husband & I tried so many 5-star hotels in Bandung, but we always end up going back to the Papandayan. It’s a luxury classic hotel with a nice size heated swimming pool on the rooftop. The tropical Garden is a beautiful hideaway when we had enough of the warm weather. Staff members are doing extra miles to provide an enjoyable stay. We’ll definitely recommend it to friends and family. Tony & Dosma Green

Surprisingly, the hotel was still very clean, the room and facilities were very well-maintained. The food tasted great, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again should there be any chance going to Bandung in the future.

Hotelnya bersih staffnya ramah semua dan kamarnya super duper nyaman. Kids friendly bgt dan dapat free keliling naik andong dan anak anak juga dapat free kids activity yang seruuu. Hotelnya juga ada masjidnya yang bersih. Super recomended! Yang paling nyaman juga kolam renangnya air hangat ga takut kedinginan kalau berenang 👍

The concierge and valet were also very helpful. My car lights were on, and I was contacted to hand over the keys to the concierge to turn them off, and the next day, they helped me to the lobby. However, it's a shame that the breakfast menu tastes and has a variety of flavors, comparable to a 3-star hotel. 🙏🏼

From the moment we arrived, the staff were very friendly, and the rooms were spacious and reasonably priced. The pool was great, most impressively, with warm water, making it a great place to swim in the cold Bandung. The ballroom is located near the pool, so if there's an event at the hotel, swimming is very visible from the guests attending. The hotel's location is strategic, making it easy to get anywhere. If I go back to Bandung, I'll definitely book again.
