Room is perfect and clean with an excellent view to the city of Pekanbaru. It was a surprise, that the unit divided into two rooms, the bedroom and the living room. And it ' s BIG 😀. Didn't get the chance to test the breakfast, cause Pekanbaru ' s culinary is totally awesome.

Didn't particularly have a good experience staying here. The room was comfortable and most of the staff were friendly, but I didn't have a good experience at the spa/massage place. I ordered a 90 minute body and face massage, but was only given 70 minutes. When it was time to pay, they didn't accept debit cards so I was escorted to the lobby to make sure I paid. Felt like they were scared I wouldn't pay, don't understand why I can't charge it to my room first. The massage therapist wasn't friendly, she didn't greet me or say anything else and didn't give me any privacy to change clothes. The breakfast was bland with limited choices, no western choice was given.

We had a pleasant stay, clean room, great hospitality, good food (I particularly love the Jamu at their restaurant). Downside was the noise, we stayed at 8th floor but I heard the busy street loud and clear, it would be a turn off if you are a light sleeper like me. But I don't mind to came back. And I hope they have a loyalty program, but sadly they don't at the moment.
