Had such a great stay at The Saren Bali! Pak Bayu and the whole team were super helpful and friendly. They really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful. Super clean, spacious, and the design is just stunning. Loved the peaceful vibes, and the private pool was a dream. Perfect spot to relax and recharge. Would definitely come back here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Bali!

The location is easy to find, and the staff are all very helpful and friendly. Once we arrived, they happily assisted us with our baggage. The room was beautifully designed and decorated, and everything worked well—except for the water, which took some time to heat. Other than that, everything was great!

The staff at the Saren were incredible. We stayed for 3 nights in a 1-bed and pool villa and it was perfect for a couple. The pool being right outside the door is amazing. Breakfast was great, and the team delivered it to the room so we could enjoy it by our pool in the morning. We were able to rent a moped directly from the team which was incredible value. We took it to Tanah Lot and Canggu. The only thing to warn about is if you’re riding in the rain, the drivers in the area aren’t the safest, so if you’re not confident, it would be better to gojek/gocar, as it’s located in a secluded area (perfect for privacy, but you’ll need some transportation to get anywhere). Shout out to Anggy, Juni, and Rini for their amazing hospitality. We will definitely be back when we return to Bali :)

The location is very quiet even though there is construction work until 5 pm next to the villa, the service is very friendly and the response is fast, the cleanliness is maintained even though there are a few leaves and grass in the pool which reduces the impression of cleanliness but the staff can quickly clean it, thank you for the last day being able to upgrade to a quieter room.. hopefully it can be improved

Interesting design, it is very clean and the staff are very nice. A little input for the design, the sink should be near the toilet, not on the other side of the room, because after doing your business, you might want to wash your hands, and you need to go around to the other side to access the sink.

The place is nice and aesthetic, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast food is delicious, the atmosphere of the inn is calming. but because it is not standby 24 hours especially for technicians, I had to wait a long time to fix the broken bathtub faucet and the wifi signal was not good and added a TV but it could not be used because it could not connect to the internet.

Friendly service, beautiful and cool place, the atmosphere feels private. Real pic room according to expectations, exciting with its private pool. For the parking area is still narrow, hopefully the management can expand the parking area. The food is delicious, my husband and I had Indonesian and American breakfast and for that portion it was already filling. Thank's The Saren

The wifi is hard to access (with a villa at that price, maybe the provider can be improved), the receptionist and the people are very friendly, but hard to contact. I wanted to order food at 19.30 before the restaurant closed, there was no response at all from the receptionist and only got a response in the morning when I wanted to have breakfast. Improve the response by whatsapp, overall it's a good experience to stay there, thank you The Saren 👍🏽

For friendliness, alertness, service and informativeness, all staff are champions. The cleanliness of all corners of the room, the pool, the aroma of the room has no gaps. It's just that the placement of the AC is not centered, it tends to be far from the bed. The welcome drink is very proper, not just ala2. Suggestions for the breakfast menu, it's better to take the western/American one, everything is very delicious, if the Indonesian food in my opinion is lacking in taste and the spices are not balanced. The fruit is also optional, it can be in the form of juice or pieces, nice. The side dishes and dessert breakfast are delicious. The only drawback of this villa is one. The access is quite far and difficult when you want to enter the villa road with a steep incline and there are fragments of the incline cast which finally my car's lower front bumper is scratched all over, please pay attention. The rest? Worth to stay, good job the saren, I'll be back soon!
