I've been here several times. The hospitality is top-notch, the staff are friendly and helpful. The cleanliness is absolutely top-notch, and the rooms smell great. The breakfast is comprehensive and offers plenty of options. The facilities are excellent, no question. It's close to the mall; you can walk to the mall right away. It's a great hotel for a family staycation in Bandung. Highly recommended. My kids really enjoyed staying here, so they come back often.

The hotel is strategically located and directly connected to Trans Studio Mall. The rooms are very comfortable with bathrooms equipped with bathtubs, a swimming pool with white sand, an artificial waterfall, and a children's play area which is perfect for family vacations, as well as excellent service from all hotel staff.

Super quick check-in process, room’s comfortable, great amenities! Breakfast is also enjoyable. Masjid is located right outside the hotel, and Trans Mall is also next door, so very convenient for a quick stroll! Recommended to stay here again.
