Saat liburan tahun baru bersama keluarga, kami sangat senang bisa menemukan tempat yang indah buat menginap karena selain akomodasinya yang sangat nyaman, resepsionisnya juga sangat ramah menganggap kami bukan hanya sebagai tamu tapi juga sebagai teman dan keluarga. Buat yang hobi berendam ada juga kolam renangnya yang bersih. Semoga bisa liburan lagi lain waktu dan menginap di sana. Tidak sulit menemukan tempat makanan yang halal di sekitar akomodasi dan tempat rekreasi juga sangat dekat. Pokoknya recommended 👍.

The hotel reservation itself took a long time. Check-in was supposed to be at 2 p.m., but due to traffic jams, I checked in at 4 p.m. I waited about an hour, and the employee said there was no confirmation from the boss, even though I had shown them the booking code from the app.

I checked in with my family (4 people) at midnight and at check-in I was asked for a deposit, and was only informed later at checkout that it would be returned. Then when we entered the room, the room was quite clean, but we needed to pay attention to some of the furniture which was damaged. When checking out and wanting to return the key and take the deposit, the staff said that the deposit could not be taken, he said because I was checking in with my family. Maybe if it's like this it should be informed at the beginning 🙏.

The villa looks like it hasn't been occupied for a long time, maybe because of the covid pandemic. Even though the building is still new, right up to the benches and tables are still all set aside.

There are only 2 staff who are also housekeeping reception bell boys. Dirty bathroom. Dirty dirty doormats. Staying here must be prepared to open and close the gate yourself.

From just now, no staff received, we opened the fence, and in front of us there was a staff, but indifferently, until we asked the staff where, the red-wedge red staff came to us, and asked curtly, the style was bitchy, arrogant really not !! Even when we arrived, opened our own fence, the security guard was busy playing with his cellphone ... While staying overnight, there was an extraordinary uproar! There is a quarreling as the 1 hotel woke up, really the worst stay we have ever experienced, the toilet also stinks, just won there was a pool! We strongly do not recommend.
