The room phone was faulty, and the check-in staff gave me the room and failed to give me the Wi-Fi access. The staff is complacent and not customer-oriented. It's blatantly giving a room to clients that has flaws, and it's deliberately done. So pathetic.

I just checked in on the 6th and then just a few minutes after checking in I immediately checked out because the room smelled, the toilet was dirty, there was leftover food in the refrigerator, the spray that was installed was torn and full of holes, basically the worst hotel ever. It's better not to stay here. Don't be influenced by the cheap price.

I really upset for this experience. I booked this hotel with a hope as good as it shown on the picture. But turn out, its very dirty, smell bad, disguisting and spooky. I dont get it why it is still have good reviews. I booked this at price IDR 300K which was not worth it. It should be only 100K! Bad place to stay
