What is more than perfect? 1st of all I say thank you for serving me so well during the stay. For all the staff and the management, you all were so great. No disappointment and recommended hotel not only in Padang but to the whole on West Sumatera. Cleanness? Don't worry about the hygiene. Interior design? I even prefer this hotel interior than where my dad was work on. To be honest, I am picky enough to decide where I should stay at but this hotel more of value. May I say that the location is in the center of city? Surrounded by so many destination you can visit and much of cuisines around. Easy to find, of course. For additional, this hotel for free providing you a nice view on the sky pool, thorough of gym equipment which is satisfying included spa treatment, great taste of foodie, a sky bar for your night view, and go take a look around using their bicycle. Find the hills with sea for the landscape on this hotel. I recommend you to book higher floor for better view. I attached some pictures and I'm sorry for most of them is in the restaurant. That's my favorite place. I would like to be able to giving you a souvenir as appreciate the hotel services on the next visit. That would be such a pleasure and a honor for me. See ya.

My family and I had a pleasant stay at zhm premiere. Actually, this was our second. Time staying there. Facilities are great, room is clean and comfy, pool is great and has a nice view. Breakfast is the champion, almost all the food are great, especially the local cuisine. Not to forget to extend our gratitude to the receptionist, mba Wulan (if am not mistaken) for her hospitality who also gave us room upgrade to the new building. Will surely be our 1st opt for next visit to Padang.

Really like staying here. The hotel is neat, clean, the rooms are disinfected (so safer) the frontdesk is friendly, the room service is also really good. Breakfast is also quite a varied menu. Spacious parking. But the AC in my room doesn't want to be cold, just relying on the AC in the living room. Even though it has been filled with freon with the ac engineering section. I stayed here because for the purposes of the seminar which was held here, the rooms were clean, the staff was helpful and polite, the food was also delicious. Only when I checked in there was only 1 receptionist, so it was too slow to serve just 1 customer.
