My favorite hotel every time I go to Bandung. The location is not too far from the city center, but still has the coolness of Bandung. The hotel is well-maintained and the rooms are clean, and the visitors' cars are also washed. The most important thing is that the sheets, blankets, and towels are clean white. The rooms are comfortable and the location is not noisy and close to the tourist attractions of Punclut. As well as the breakfast provided is very good with a variety of variations, the service is very good and friendly. And most importantly the car is washed in the morning it is clean and shiny. All in the best for Tibera because I have stayed here 3 times.

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The room is clean, the air conditioner and cold air are very comfortable to rest. The bathroom is clean, complete toiletries, the shower works well, the soap and shampoo smells good. But I heard a sound from behind the wall of the room even though my room was at the very end and there was no room next to it, around 2 am. A little scared but overall the hotel is good. Thanks Tibera Hotel.. see you next time.

Unfortunately, the bathroom door is sliding, so if you want to close the bathroom from the outside, you have to lock it so that the bathroom door can stay closed. If it's not locked, it's always open. Overall, it's safe. If possible, the bathroom door can be locked from the inside and outside so that when you're done taking a shower or cleaning up the bathroom, the room door can stay closed.

Actually it's okay, but the downside is the TV is not a smart TV and the channels are not clear, not national TV channels, there is no water heater for brewing tea/coffee, small wardrobe space, no storage, the room is not too spacious, the bed is a small twin bed (I've been to other hotels before and the twin bed was wider)

Although the hotel is not that big but it is very clean in all areas, the rooms are also spacious. It smells good, maybe because all the rooms are non-smoking, maybe it is not allowed at all because you can be fined 😄. Overall good.

Breakfast is good, quite varied, only milk mace, cereal & baby chair. The staff is friendly, but the room is very disappointing. From check-in to check-out, the hot water does not turn on. When I brought my 2nd baby, the area was very cold. I had to bathe in cold water until my child's lips turned blue. I have complained many times and the hot water still does not turn on. I don't mind giving any compensation 👎 WiFi is slow, the location is quite far from the city, about 30 minutes. I haven't been staying here for a long time, I always check out early in the morning

Always comfortable, check in get a welcome drink and can choose. Unfortunately got a room at the end, and no smoking. But can smoke on the balcony. Wifi speed is not good, food is delicious as usual, but unfortunately the white rice is hard. The staff is friendly, the room is comfortable, amenities are complete.

Check in without problems, there is a deposit of 100 thousand. The location is ok, the entry area in Punclut is a bit small but the price is quite worth it.
