The bathroom was dirty and crusty, the glasses in the room were crusty and dirty, especially the towels. There was no hair dryer, the hot water in the bathroom was off, the breakfast menu was sparse, and the cutlery was incredibly crusty and greasy. Hopefully, this will be improved in the future.

The staff was friendly, but the room floor was dirty, the table was dusty, the hotel slippers were wet as if they had just been used, and the sheets and bed cover were stained with red stains, I don't know what. Overall, it was okay, with hot water, complete toiletries, a TV, an electric kettle, and coffee and tea. Please pay more attention to cleanliness.

Large hotel grounds and fun facilities for children, really great option versus other smaller hotels in the area. I love that it is spacious, with great facilities on site and nearby on foot

Untuk keluarga oke banget karena banyak aktivitas seru kaya naik perahu, memanah, berenang, outbound, olahraga. Kalo untuk cari ketenangan atau privasi kurang cocok, karena lokasi penginapannya bisa dikunjungi selain guest penginapannya. Karena ada aula untuk sewa umum, kolam renang bisa untuk umum juga, dan fasilitas outbound juga bisa untuk umum. Jadi kalo lagi ada event pasti jadi ramai.

Hotel terga enak yang pernah aku inepin. Ga usah dibintangin lah. Ga banget deh. Bener-bener se-ga enak itu. G ada lift padahal dapet kamar lantai 3. Resepsionis seakan masa bodo yang pnting dah kebayar ya kan. Mau kita komplain ya bodo amat. Area parkir dengan kamar juauh banget. Gila jauh banget. AC panas, kamar terkesan ga dibrsihkan. Kamar mandi kotor. Selimut banyak rambut-rambutnya. Geleuh banget. Gak bakal di sini lagi.

Long service from the restaurant and staff throughout the entire process. As for the room, the air conditioner wasn't cold, the room wasn't clean, there were cockroaches.

Very disappointing, very regretful, will not go again, service is not good. The receptionist's distance to the room is quite far, there is no elevator, you have to go up the stairs all the time until the room is really very disappointing, the room facilities are not in accordance with the price, the room is dirty, dusty, cramped, very dark especially in the hallway there are lots of stains on the blanket, the bathroom was also dirty we came still all wet. Room near warehouse and kitchen. And we decided to move to another hotel so we didn't stay here, we paid a lot, we couldn't get a refund either.
